My number is [protected], i had came a call from mnp department in which they offered me an offer of (1gb data /day and unlimited calling for 70days)
Because of that i cancelled the port in in other operator.
But when offer was not activated i called in customer care my call had been transferred to senior executive supervisor vaibhav atak, i requested him to arrange call back from mnp team, but refused to take complaint and used some abusive words ended call.
I did not expected such type of service from airtel executives, airtel executives not provide any information when you call in help desk,
Airtel mnp department offers bluff and fake offers to hold or to port in in airtel and when time to credit offer they said that there is no such offer offered by us.
Even you are not able to contact on the numbers from which department call you. Was this information helpful? |
