Hi,
I am a regular customer of airtel prepaid.
My issue is:
I have recharged using my airtel app (Registered with mobile no [protected]) and also through website on 29th july (Today) by amount rs. 499. On first attempt i got message that recharge got failed and hence i tried it second, third time with same amount.
Later i found that my balance got deducted three times. After that i recharged rs. 349 but same problem appeared. Can you guys take a look into this issue.
So please kindly rectify this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.
