Hi, My mobile No. is [protected] and I am a resident of Padur (Near Kelambakkam). My connection is post paid & so called platinum by Airtel. The indoor connectivity at my residence is pathetic...absolutely zero. I have to be connected to my company & customers 24 X 7 and with such poor connectivity, I am bound to lose my name. I do not know why my number is graded as platinum by Airtel...probably because the bill amounts are fat & they earn a lot by providing substandard service. I have complained atleast 4 to 5 time so far (in fact by writing mails) but Airtel has no concrete answer/solution & they themselves are guessing what to do.
