I have request to port out my no. from Vodafone to Airtel to get better services, one of Airtel DSA take my request and provide me a SIM of Rs 250/- and take all required documents for same. From yesterday 02-03-16 night 12.00 Am it has ported to Airtel and my earlier Vodafone no. de-activated. I have put Airtel SIM in my mobile but it was not working, next day 03.03.16 morning 10:30 AM called to same DSA about the same he said that SIM was faulty and he is sending his field boy with new SIM by 12:00 PM, but he did not come. I again called him, he says that he is on the way and give his no. to me but when I called his field boy, he denied to have SIM for me. I again called to DSA then he said other boy is coming to give SIM but no-body has come till 3:00 PM then again I called to DSA then he said to me to go Airtel Service Centre to issue new SIM, then I visit to Airtel Service Centre (Sec-37 Faridabad) and take new SIM and again pay Rs 25 at 04:30 PM and DSA person said that it will activated till 7: 00 PM but it has not activated then I again called to them but they will not picking my phone and also not responding on my SMS his senior also not picking my phone. My phone has not working from last 20 hours. I am feeling like cheated and I am mantely disturb. Was this information helpful? |
