Hi Team,
After issues with the customer care with regards to renewal of the annual subscription of Airtel DTH connection, I asked for cancellation of service and refund of my money and equipment on 18th May.
Gone through many issues like after cancellation request they activated the plan without my consent with intention of keeping my money and say that since the package is activated, no refund can be made.
After lot of calls and stating my point, finally they agreed to refund my money. As per the process they said it will take 45 days for refund.
After it not being done in 45 days, I called up again and they advised me to talk to nodal officer. By mean time customer care raised another request of termination of my already terminated network.
What astonished me is that the nodal officer told that since I have called now, he is looking into it and is not able to reach another department as the manager is not in office (I did not expected a response like this from a corporate world). Moreover he told that from here again it will take 45 days for refund.
Today again I called up (after not receiving the call from the nodal officer as promised) and again there was no status as the manager has not replied yet in last 3 days.
Honestly this is clear case of harassing the customer from the AIRTEL company by keeping the money, not responding on time, raising multiple request for termination after 2 months, activating packages without customer consent...
I request you to please look into this from your side.

The problem is that your team has already taken more than 2 months to refund my money and moreover you need more time.
Honestly, I need a date by which I will receive the money.
