I AM( JWO MANISANKAR BISWAS) A COMBATANT MEMBER OF INDIAN AIR FORCE PRESENTLY POSTED TO AF STN TAMBARAM. I APPROACHED YOUR VELACHERRY OFFICE FOR A DUPLICATE SIM( MOB NO. [protected])ON 6 JUN 15. MRS. ASHA OF YOUR OFFICE PROMISED THAT THE OLD SIM WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHIN TEN MINUTES AND NEW SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER TEN MINUTES.IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED FOR NEXT 72 HOURS. ON SECOND APPROACH THEY HAD DIACTIVATED THE OLD SIM AND THE NEW SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED SO FAR. MRS ASHA WHO HAD SUPERVISED ALL THE THINGS IS NOT PICKING UP THE MOBILE . NECESSARY ACTION MAY PLEASE BE TAKEN AT THE EARLIEST.
