[Resolved] Airtel — Plan not provided for that retained me

I was called Airtel Employee for 399 plan: 1000minutes+1GB 3G data and call rate 30p/minute local &40p/minute STD. I asked again and again but she said the plan to me. While after document and security amount deposite, she bargaining me for change plan and after 7days airtel provided me just 600local mints+225Std mints with call rate 50p/m & 60p/m. I'm not only angry but completely unsatisfy with airtel. I'm shocked with this type of behave from airtel that can't be reliable to me. Pls take action with my call recording till the plan activation. Employee name was Vandna. I'm most shocked with that. And just I'll port my 6years old no to other network after within month.

I today know that airtel employee unsatisfy to customer and famousless to company.
pls take action for that type of emplyee who tell a lie to customer to sell his/her plan to complete their target.
I'm shocked with that type of service by airtel employees
