I recharged my phone for 3g plan Rs152 and got only 350mb data instead of 500mb as shown on website. Also got a confirmation sms of said 500mb 3g data. On calling customer care 5 times, they said company changed their plans and site was not updated. Also there was no solution provided to me other than i was told to live with it for a month.
Airtel is so busy scamming people that they don't have time to update their website.
If changes are made, the rates on the website should be changed accordingly and not expect the customers to know when any changes are made.
On asking for a solution i was told that there will be no compensation.
On calling customer care, the ivr should say the not so good 3g provider in mumbai.
