Airtel — Poor customer service and inability of team to provide correct bill or resolution

I have been receiving wrong bills from Airtel since last 2-3 months, which I have raised with Airtel team but they have not been able to resolve the issue. The recent bill for Jul'22 is also incorrect, for which I have been trying to get resolution. I have raised 6 SRs for the same issue but every time they close the SR either providing wrong comments, or saying I was not approachable without even calling me. There is no SMS communication or emails to say that I was being approached. SR gets closed and then new SR has to be opened. Resolution is being delayed un necessarily. I have written to the escalation team (appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com) also but no acknowledgement at all.
