Airtel — Recharge done on Airtel app, recharge failed, amount deducted but not refunded

I have recharged my wife's mobile number of Rs.229 on 13th July 2022 with Airtel app, using debit card.
At first time amount deducted and recharge failed. Ten I tried one more time then second time amount deducted and recharge done.
Now today is 26th july i haven't received my failed recharge amount.
I contacted to Customer care, they said your amount is not deducted and if deducted we are not responsible for this contact to your bank.
This happned with me earlier also.

THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM AIRTEL.
