[Resolved] Airtel — recharge of special offer balance deducted but not airtel subscribe my number

I recharge for low voice rate (30 paise per minute validty 56 days)
I recharge two times 35 + 35= 70 rupess balance cut from my account from my airtel sim but not get my offer on my number... So give me my refund back because airtel cut my amount but not giving me any subscription of my special offer of my phone. So i hope i will get my refund back of rs.70/-...
