Hi this was my 11 th month of paying for insurance of my apple 7 but unfortunately my phone slipped off my hand and screen got cracked, on applying for claim i was asked to uploads documents again and again and after one day of submitting the documents i was told this was your fault as this is mishandling not accident as they want i should met an accident first and then they will see further in mobile insurance case. Most hopeless unacceptable unjustified. Was this information helpful? |
