Airtel Secure — airtel secure denied to process the claim every time

"on 06.11.2019 in my hometown, usually i get up 6:30 am in the morning and i taken bath to get ready to office. After that i taken breakfast and get ready to go office like every day. And after that when i picked my phone where it was putting on table like every day. And then i put my phone to get into my jacket pocket, suddenly my phone slipped out and fell down to floor. After that i picked my phone and i found it was broken on upper & middle side of screen"

This is my story that i have informed to airtel secure team at the time of claim processing but same has not accepted by airtel secure saying with mishandling.

I have also intimated their higher management via mail but same also not resolved. They are corrupted and for jury with their customer.

Dear Team,
I have already opted for the Airtel Secure plan.
Secondly, I have explained the incident how my cell phone got damaged accidentally, but you are not providing the service as per airtel secure.
This is not acceptable as a valuable customer of Airtel since long time.
I want my cellphone to be repaired by Airtel as per the plan policy, in absence of that i have to take necessary actions against the company violating the rules.

You can not refuse the damage repair claim by saying that it was mishandling, I think you are not serious about the issue raised to you.

Please consider this mail seriously and confirm me on the repair part.

Good Evening !!! Hope you are doing well but your Airtel team is not doing well with their valuable customer.
And Sorry for the inconvenience cause that I have copied you all in this mail to look into the serious concern and want support from you all to resolve my issue. Because its is second time where your Airtel Secure team denied to process the claim with saying mishandling instead of accidental damage.
I have also sending the word file of incident how my cell phone got damage and also please confirm "Is This mishandling or Accidental damage ?"
And secondly this is not a first time that your Airtel Secure team denied to process the claim for second time.

All the story were true and in front of you all and I hope you will revert positively.
