Airtel Secure — Airtel Secure One assist Fraudulent Rejection of Mobile Insurance Claim

I have sent many times that mail to Airtel, & Oneassist but no one any response on my mail

Device Claim – Service Request # 10302843.

My Airtel Secure plan was approved in BER and as per confirmed by your team (Both Airtel & Oneassist) that the main mother board, PCB, display was totally damaged and it should be change and its cost have received an estimate of Rs.12193.0 from an authorized service center for the repair work of my damaged handset and the case is considered as BER when the estimate repair charge is equal to more than 80% of sum insured /market value/ Invoice value whichever is lesse, that's way my claim will be approved under BER and which I got 6000 refund of that damaged phone, and the Damaged handset will be retained by One Assist, but I could not agreed with BER and and I had to get my un-repaid phone back and I got it on 24.07.2021, in the afternoon I took that phone to authorized service center on the same day and got it repaired to me in 2 hours, which cost only Rs. 4943/- paid by me, also note the all the parts were working well except the display in my device, only the display was damaged in my device, so I want to know whether you sent my phone to an authorized service center, if yes then What did check the service center people on my device and how can gave this estimate without checking properly, I wasted about 12 to 13 days on my device and who will be responsible for this expenses and who will compensate for it.
