Airtel — Unable to install Airtel DTH

Hello, Just to let you know the worst service I got from Airtel DTH. I have requested the new Airtel DTH connection on 13th Jun 2015 around 4PM. I have been told to get the installation done within 4-6hrs, Its been more than 24hrs no response from anyone from Airtel. I keep calling and asking for the update and I have been told that the issue will resolve within 2hrs, I have waste the whole day today which is 14th Jun 2015 and no one even called once and provide an update. I have escalated until nodal officer and seniors and did not get this resolved. The worst part is nodal officers also played with the customer by saying that the issue will fix by 7PM on 14th Jun 2015. Hence I have decided to quit from Airtel DTH and go for some other provider. During the cancellation also I got to know that I will get my money back in 5-6 business hours. But question is if this Airtel's fault that they are unable to install the DTH then who is going to give me the 5-6 days interest for the annual connection which I had taken ?? Today I got the lesson that I can believe any other provider for their service but never to Airtel at least. I will ensure that in my entire life I will never got for Airtel connection.
