Airtel — Worst support I have ever seen

I applied for Airtel connection, after calling the customer support number @ [protected] they created a lead and forwarded to a DSA based in Tilak Nagar. I was looking for 5 connections, their executive was suppose to come to my office to explain the plans and packages but no one turned up on 9th June 2015, next morning at 12:30 P.M. I received a call from a guy named Pradeep from the same DSA stating that executive couldn't make it so he is the one who can assist me over the phone. I was desperately looking for the connection as my existing phones had some trouble. There was no plans only for calls wherein I could get unlimited local and national calls, therefore I had to buy a combo with broadband for no reasons. Though I already have 40 mbps lease line in my office still I had to buy a combo coz of no other available options. Thereafter this guy told me to pay though the card online which was giving me an advantage for cash back, since I was in hurry so without a second thought I made the payment. I had two conditions & queries before applying for the connection one is I was looking for some easy to remember series for my phones ans secondly I wanted to make sure that I get my connections installed within 2-3 days. On their sure shot commitment I placed the order and submitted all the documents. Next day another guy Rakesh called me stating that your file is in process and we would want you to spare us a day so that we could get you best of the numbers. I agreed thinking that these guys must be working hard or it may be the part of their process. The worst part is that I did not receive any call the next day rather a different lady named Parminder called me to state that my documents are not complete so they are sending the executive. Next morning another female called me stating that "Mam we have received your request regarding the broadband connection", I blasted on her and asked her to make me speak to Pradeep/Rakesh/Parminder, her reply- "Parminder is on leave, Pradeep is busy in a meeting and Rakesh is out of office". After that I started shouting on her and immediately Pradeeep & Rakesh came on the phone. Whatta coincidence after I shouted meeting was over and other guy came back from the field, I had no clue about my super powers. The story doesn't ends here this guy then called me back in evening that Mam we could not get the number that you are looking for however what we can do is that since you have urgent need for the numbers so get your numbers installed tomorrow morning and as and when we will have good series for you then we will change the numbers. I was so disappointed and angry that I asked him to install the phones and forget the numbers. Today morning 13th June 2015 my phones were suppose to install, I waited till afternoon and no one came or called. After a long wait till 1:30 I called Airtel customer support to know that status and the kinda response I received was the worst of the treatment to the customer. I raised a complaint with the complaint number[protected] and at 3:15 I received a call from a guy Rahul another DSA guy from Rajouri Garden from [protected] stating that Mam I am calling you from my personal number and the executive who was suppose to install the connection is been asked to resign as he brought the wrong box for your connections. I am sorry but we cannot help you anymore you connections will now be installed in Tuesday 16th June 2015, you file is been sent for scanning again. I am so fedup with these human beings calling me from different numbers and different DSA's. I had no clue that a brand like Airtel can also do such things otherwise I could have never switched. These guys do not have call back numbers the only number that they have is customer support and customer support team only creates call back as they never have any information with them. The team who calls you does not even understand english properly. Such acts from a brand is not only disappointing but a straight HIT on the reputation. My only request is please make sure that my connections get installed ASAP and I should receive apology letter from the top bosses for all the trouble.
