Airtel — wrong service provide through 129 store

Dear sir, I AM regular customer of airtel from last three years my mobile no.[protected], I recharge through 129 airtel store of RS93 yesterday at 1:36pm on my no.which benefits was as below as per information given to me through 121care. Loc Calls 40p/min, STD Calls 35p/min for 55 Days has been activated at Rs93.BUT I not get this benefits instead they activated 100 ISD CALLING VALUE ON MY NO. I also contacted three times your customer exicutive at 121 they not able to sort out the issue.After purching the pack also get confirmation message from129 store .as below Loc Calls 40p/min, STD Calls 35p/min for 55 Days has been activated at Rs93.please sir do need ful as soon as possible U
