My order to be delivered at the pin 262802 (Gola Gokaran Nath) travelled to Mohammadi on 22nd August 2020 morning and this place is 30 minutes from the destination. The customer also got a call from the delivery man in the evening and she was expecting the product the next morning. But instead, it travelled to Agra via Kanpur to Gola.
Now the tracking details on checking showed incomplete address where as I had given the complete address on the order.
The order got delivered but the package showed an incomplete address which is a blunder as this was a gift and could have been lost on the way. In this entire process, I was tortured mentally as I would to keep checking tracking, only to see it got delivered rather late.
Delivering late is not the issue, but how could they print an incomplete address.
