I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing ajio customer care team. Worst experience ever with ajio. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 17th august 2020. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously and still there is no response. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

    I want my money right now. I don't wanna waste my time on damaged product. I returned the product to your delivery partner 15 Days ago but there is no status update as you received the product and i don't understand why you people are delaying customer complaints. You please check the product carefully before packing and there is no use for both am already raise the same complaint 3 times.its still not solved.am not getting my refund, but ajio app updated its resolved. Now am again raise complaint about the issue COM ID(COM[protected]) & COM ID(COM[protected]) Please don't waste my time on raising complaints on other platforms. I will suggest people not to buy products on ajio

    I am complaining because i have order a product from ajio with Order ID #FL[protected] i have returned the product nicely with all labels and tags on 10/08/2020. The return id is #RT20253767 . But i haven't received my refund yet. The status is still return under process.This issue couldn't resolved yet but ajio app marked as resolved.am already raise that complaint twice .but now am not able to raise the complaint in ajio app, because app not updated for return the product status. Since they have picked up the product and the status is not updated. What's going on i didn't understand. I have bought many products from ajio. And this is the first and worst experience with ajio. When will i receive my refund? Please do take any action. I returned the product to your delivery partner 20 Days ago but there is no status update as you received the product and i don't understand why you people are delaying customer complaints. You please check the product carefully before packing and there is no use for both am already raise the same complaint 3 times.its still not solved.am not getting my refund, but ajio app updated its resolved.     i want my refund amount.how many days take the issue, its waste of time, am very furious.how longs wait for that.i'll raise the complaint in other platform & Sending Legal Notice to Ajio company and Preparing Documents for filing Consumer case.#Worst Experience Ever.

      Which i haven't received it till yet, it was prepaid
      I haven't got that product but in my #Ajio account it's showning that it was delivered successfully but i hadn't received that product
      I want you to refund my money back to my account

          I am hereby complaining against poor customer service of ajio.com as I am.tired of writing emails to them but still not getting satisfactory response and calling them when they literally never pick up. I have ordered a t shirt from ajio which was returned and my product was picked up weeks ago but still I have not received my refund. I have raised complaints and they have confirmed my product being picked up but I have still not received my refund.

            My order #FL[protected] is partially delivered, remaining order is expected to be delivered bu Aug 13, but still it is not delivered, I have raised complaint but they closed it

              Today I got message from Ajio Hey TINSA! We have an update against your Ajio Complaint ID COM[protected]. We investigated the concern and after careful consideration it was found that all your products are delivered. Hence we are closing this complaint.. Now you can also check the status of YOUR COMPLAINt by visiting HTTPs://ajio.page.link/trans_SMS"

              This was the above message I got from Ajio as they are closing my case...

              With reference to order Id FL[protected], I have raised several complaints but to receive not even a single response from Ajii's side. I am really facing such a bad experience from Ajio for the first time. Through the above mentioned order id, I had placed order for two pairs of Crocs but received only one pair. Moreover, their statement says both the pairs have been delivered. How bad service quality is this? Please take over my issue and resolve as soon as possible.

                I have ordered product on 5th aug and recieved that product... Recieved product is different in size from original with belt missing.
                When i raised return request for the same
                Delivery guy refused to pickup cause of wrong barcode and because of wrong size delivery.
                I called customer care atleast 10 times to accept return without quality check but problem has not been solved in nearly a month and my amount is withheld with them.
                Now wrong product is lying with me, which is no use and my amount is also withheld with ajio.

                I want my refund back asap, if they dont want their product back i dont care.

                This is maximum limit of harrasment one can bear.

                  I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing ajio customer care team. Worst experience ever with ajio. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 6th august 2020. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                  They also said that UTR will be provided to me by 21st August 2020 but there's no response from their end till date. Please look into the matter I'm in real need of my money.

                  They're fooling me everytime I'm calling the customer care executive. They say madam please wait till this time that time but nothing is happening. I have been waiting since 25 days. This is really disappointing from ajio

                        I have ordered a product of ajio online and the have returned it because the size doesn't fit. The return was initiated a month back and no reply for it still. No reply to any mails. No response for customer care call.

                        I initiated a return of order and no reply for it for more than a month. .

                              Return i'd: rt20423017
                              My product is delivered on 11th august it doesn't fit me well so i went for return option, and the next day i mean 12th august they came to collect the product with in one day, you are too fast in collecting product from us then why you are slow in giving our money back, 11 days passes still refund not received, everyday am raising complaint on this still not received refund, i am gonna tell all my friends and family not to buy any product from ajio.com, seriously you people make me rude with your careless behavior towards your customers.

                              Every single time you are updating as issue resolved, I have not received refund and also didn't get any information or status about my refund then how can you update as issue resolved, don't make your customers fools.

                                I have purchased 3 t-shirts in the month of June last week and got 2 t-shirts on 29th June 2020 and one T-shirt will be deliver on July 20th 2020 as per Ajio team message. But on 16th July 2020 I got message stating that order is cancelled and it will be refunded partially to your account Rs.512. But till date I have not received my money back even after sending many mail and bank account statement also.

                                I want to raise complaint against ### Ajio co. And want my money back as soon as possible.

                                I got message from Ajio on 16th July 2029"Hey TINSA THOMAS! Your AJIO order FL[protected], has been cancelled. In case it's a prepaid order, we have initiated a full refund into source account. Please check your email for more details." Till now I have not received my money back.

                                I got message from Ajio on 16th July 2020 stating that"Hey TINSA THOMAS! Your AJIO order FL[protected], has been cancelled. In case it's a prepaid order, we have initiated a full refund into source account. Please check your email for more details." This was the last message from them and till date no money I got from them.

                                  Order No.- FL[protected]. I received partial order. Ordered a complete suit set comprising Floral Print Straight Kurta with Palazzo & Dupatta but only received Kurta. Have called customer care many times but to no avail. They said they do not have CCTV footage of the warehouse where this order was packed. I'm not able to return the item now. They say they are not able to call me but I have given them alternate number via email and customer care number.
                                  I have previously purchased fromAjio so many times. So disappointed.

                                    I av been running from pillar to post for getting my refund amount it's has been almost 15 days. When u all r confirmed about my returned pick up of order no #RT20374131 then for wat reason there is late in refunding money. I am disappointed u all r not cooperating. Do the needful.

                                    U people r not cooperating at all. Due to ur negligence in handling my issue of not refunding my amount against return of order no#RT20374131, I am facing inconvenience n trouble. It's now more than 15 days. U r totally just ignoring .

                                      Created return request in the month of march, but product is not yet picked up from my place. In between return request is cancelled without sending any notification. After sending 20-30 emails they have again generated return request which is also cancelled on 21th August.
