I ordered two dresses and two shoes from Ajio online shopping app. The app was constantly lagging. I placed the order successfully after a few attempts. Money was deducted through my bank account rs. 1701.18. As i opened the app, i checked my orders section. And it did not show any orders. Here i am attaching a screenshot of the app showing no orders placed and a screenshot of google pay transaction history where you can see the balance has been deducted successfully.

      I had returned one of the items of my order with return number: RT20253875 on 9th August. The refund has not yet been processed. It's been almost a 21 days now. I have raised 3 tickets, made numerous calls to customer care, requested supervisor calls, escalated my tickets, reported to grievance officer but still the refund is not processed. They always reply saying they tried calling us but could not reach the number. Also, they claim refund is processed but it hasn't been. Nobody from customer care have yet called to resolve this. Also, the refund amount on the app shows as ₹999.5 wheras the amount paid for the dress is ₹1049.48.

      PFA, return acknowledgement of the item and screenshot of wrong refund amount.

      I request you to resolve the following issues:
      1) Refund for the product returned
      2) Correct amount to be refunded.
      3) Compensation for the Hassel caused

      I got a scammer call from [protected] claiming to be from Ajio. Asked for my card details and also asked me to send a message from my mobile to another number.

                I tried placing the order and made payments through Phonepe. The money got deducted but no order was placed or shown on the Ajio app. This happened twice. Kindly help me get refund.

                  I ordered two similar Ajio mid rise jeans from ajio. Order ID is ID: FL[protected]. One of them got delivered on 17th August, 2020 but I haven't received the other one yet. It is showing delivered for both the jeans.

                    My order id is fl-[protected].. I made a return request to return the items after contacting customer care the agent came to pick the products and he took the 3 articles.. But i recieved refund of 1 article and n rest artcle products return request shows cancel.. They took my products alson not giving my. Money

                        I'd placed an order for kurtis and pack of 5 hipsters on 12th July 2020. I'd then placed a return request for two kurtis for which I'm yet to receive a refund. I've been putting up emails, raising tickets etc but for no use as there is absolutely not one customer care support that I can get through! All I'm receiving is some automated standard mail and automatic closure of the ticket raised & marked resolved.
                        Apart from this, out of the pack of 5 hipsters, I've received only 3.

                        I've been following up on the refund and yet to receive any!

                          Plz help me by refunding my money against return of my order#RT20374131 .Its now more than 15 days past, I am complaining again n again but my complaint r ignored n averted ..this should have not been done by such a big company like Ajio. Unbelievable u take such a long tm n still have no solution to the concerned matter

                          U people r only excepting that u r confirmed about my returned product but u r not refunding money .very disappointed by ur negligence. Not acceptable for company like Ajio. Plz plz refund my money. My order no was #RT 20374131 for which refund is delayed. How long i should wait for the refund .

                          Despite several mail n complaints no initiative has been taken yet. Online shopping worst experience was shown in ajio. U all r not at all cooperating wid customer .This is something shocking as ajio should hv concerned about its reputation. U all r tarnishing ur image. Wat ever would u ever refund my money...?

                            Address printed wrong on the order parcel

                            Address: AJIO, C/O Reliance Retail Limited, SS Plaza, 74/2 Outer Ring Road, 29th Main Road, BTM 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore 560068, Karnataka, India

                            My order to be delivered at the pin 262802 (Gola Gokaran Nath) travelled to Mohammadi on 22nd August 2020 morning and this place is 30 minutes from the destination. The customer also got a call from the delivery man in the evening and she was expecting the product the next morning. But instead, it travelled to Agra via Kanpur to Gola.
                            Now the tracking details on checking showed incomplete address where as I had given the complete address...

                            While ordering at ajio amount of rs.2132.06 was paid through upi to ajio. [protected]@oksbi but after successful payment, the order didn't confirm on ajio app.

                            Kindly help to refund the debited amount.

                              I have returned my stuff on 7 th August 2020, it’s 27 th August and ive made multiple calls and emails but they only seem to be fooling people with issuing complain numbers but never planning to give the money.

                                  I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing ajio customer care team. Worst experience ever with ajio. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 17th august 2020. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously and still there is no response. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                                    I want my money right now. I don't wanna waste my time on damaged product. I returned the product to your delivery partner 15 Days ago but there is no status update as you received the product and i don't understand why you people are delaying customer complaints. You please check the product carefully before packing and there is no use for both am already raise the same complaint 3 times.its still not solved.am not getting my refund, but ajio app updated its resolved. Now am again raise complaint about the issue COM ID(COM[protected]) & COM ID(COM[protected]) Please don't waste my time on raising complaints on other platforms. I will suggest people not to buy products on ajio

                                    I am complaining because i have order a product from ajio with Order ID #FL[protected] i have returned the product nicely with all labels and tags on 10/08/2020. The return id is #RT20253767 . But i haven't received my refund yet. The status is still return under process.This issue couldn't resolved yet but ajio app marked as resolved.am already raise that complaint twice .but now am not able to raise the complaint in ajio app, because app not updated for return the product status. Since they have picked up the product and the status is not updated. What's going on i didn't understand. I have bought many products from ajio. And this is the first and worst experience with ajio. When will i receive my refund? Please do take any action.
