I have placed an order for 3 kurta sets on 28 July 2024. The first package containing 1 kurta set was delivered without any issues on 1 August 2024. In the second package, it was written it is containing 2 items. After opening, there was only 1 item that too with missing dupatta and the other item was completely missing. Ajio confirmed that all items have been delivered. I called the customer care and raised a complaint. I received a call 2 days after regarding the missing dupatta and they told that I can return the product which had dupatta missing. When I asked about the missing product, they told me that they are working on it and will get back to me with a solution. The next day, I received a text message stating that the issue has been resolved and all products have been delivered. Totally frustrated I called them back only to hear the same automated response. As per their claim, the package is not tampered with and hence there is no chance for missing products. They also added that they have investigated the cctv footage and are so sure that the products have been shipped out of the warehouse which is also an automated response. If they can be so sure of that, they why are they hesitating to share the footage with us? When I asked to transfer my call to their supervisor, they answered that he is busy and that they have created a call back request within 24 hours which I haven't received yet.
I kindly request that Ajio look into the issue through a supervisor/manager instead of making the care executives answer the same automated response infinite times.
