[Resolved]  Ajio — Amount debited but order not placed

I have ordered 6 or 7 items today. I have done the payment by UPI (googlepay) and payment was sucessfull.
It was also showing that order got placed.
But I didnt receive any sms confirmation for order placed.
Order is also not showing in My orders section.
Please look into this.

Money deducted but order in not showing

I placed order on 16th November on Ajio
and payed through amazon pay, money got deducted however, no order is placed in my Orders Section.

I placed my order on 24 November and money has been deducted but my order isn't book and even didn't get the money back...
