In the start of the BBS sale on 9/12, I placed an order for 3 kurtas. The payment was completed through upi but on the ajio app the items were still in the bag and there was no order placed.
I have been writting emails and also shared screenshots with your team but they have been absolutely unhelpful and have only been replying with some templates.
Without even reading the emails they keep asking for order ID. As there was no order placed inspite of the amount deducted, how am I suppose to give the order number.
Please help to get my money refunded.
