Ajio — Amount refund issue

Return ID no are #RT41588091 and #RT41601715. Upto till now in my back account doesn't sended money.Return pickup done on 26th July. Please send fastly as soon as possible money in my account. Thank you.

I ordered a t-shirt from ajio and the order was delayed so the product was cancelled and no details of the cancelled product were updated in the ajio app and the amount was not credited to the account.

I am writing this complaint because I'm tired emailing and calling on the customer service number and mail but still i haven't received any response neither by mail nor they pick up the calls i waited for more than 30 mins but my calls were not answer Order id- FL[protected] it was cancelled automatically by ajio it was prepaid but i still haven't received any refund and nor their app shows any information about the refund.

I have cancelled one of my order after it got shipped so it's said refuse to take it and I have done the same and it's over one month but I haven't got refund for that product. I'm tired of calling them and raising new complain ever time. Worst website . God's know when I will get my money back even I will get it or not I doubt.

I've cancelled the order before dispatch as I had ordered the wrong one. I haven't received refund yet. Please see and resolve the issue.

yes, I had also gone through as you people. Refund in my account has not been reflected in my account despite many E mails to grievances officer. This kind of fraud may not be tolerable. so. dont buy anything from Ajio.. Ajio is making as fool despite retuing the product with tags and not returning our hard earned money.

It’s been 15 days I have returned the product worth 2419 rs but even after calling them multiple times & they only say that you will get the money but they don’t help you at all.
This is a fake app where they never return your money no matter how many times you complain.
It would be great if someone could help us.

Cheap services I have ever seen. Where is my refund? There is no customer service in this shopping app. Refund my money. I have returned the item about a month ago. Where is my amount.

Really pathetic service, I purchased a top from ajio and returned the product on august17th 2021. IT SHOWs that refund is initiated but till now i havent received any refund yet.Mailed to customer care several times and they arenot replying me properly about my issue. Fedup with this ajio service.

Same here from last 3days i am trying to contact..what kind of app is it!! Poor logo ka paisa churake kya hoga? Atleast reply toh karo boht kasht karke kamate h log aur aaplog toh khilona samjhke rakhdiye ho!

Refund issuee...15 days..has been passed..till now not yet received my money back..what the hell ajio..

I have returned the products with the label properly on the 2nd of September and it says the refund will be processed on 4th of September, but till now I haven't received any refund . Ajio please do something I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now ..

I have ordered a dress from AJIO on 12.09.21, but I have received the product on 07.10.21, but that was a wrong product, it was a men's wear, I have returned it back on 08.10.21, but till the date I have not received my refund, many a times I have called to AJIO customer care number, everytime they are saying that the refund initiated but still but I have not received any refund from AJIO, I must say the service is very poor, and it is a fraud side, people should not buy any product from AJIO, as they harassing people for refund, I will never buy any product from AJIO, nor I will recommend anyone to shop from AJIO. I have ordered a A-line dress on 12.09.21, I have received the product on 07.10.21, but it was a wrong product, I have returned it back on 08.10.21, and till the date I have not received the refund amount Rs.852/-, I have called many a times to AJIO customer care number, but the executive is not able to give any solution, everytime they are saying your refund has been initiated, I must say the service service is very poor, and AJIO is fraud site, people should not buy any thing from this site, AJIO is site where people are getting harassed, I will never buy any product from AJIO anymore, nor I will recommend this site to anybody. I have purchased USPolo Jean but due to manufacturing defect it get torn from the seam after a single use. When I requested the Ajio customer care then they promised to resolve the issue by 5 th of November. But now even after repeated requests no action has been taken they hardly bother to reply the email. My complaint I’d is COM[protected]

This is with regard to my order (order no FN[protected])
which delivered me a diffrent product. I requested the return request immediately and promise date to get refund was 10th may that time but i didn't get any refund on 10th may so i had a call conversation regarding this with your customer executive they had registered a complaint id COM[protected] and promise date to get resolution was 18th may but it was all exceeded and i have been waiting a very long but i didn't get any resolution and i had a so many call conversation regarding this with your different custmore executive on that matter .

I have purchased jeans from AJIO. Due to size issue I return it. But they said that our courier partner will not collect it. You have to courier it at our warehouse. Many time called to customer care also send mails but no solution. VERY BED EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM AJIO.
