I have ordered some products from Ajio and wish to return them. I was trying to return them from October 2nd, but the return requests were getting cancelled the next day with a message `Hi ****! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]/FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us." This happened two times so far in the past one week and the products are not yet picked up. I already contacted the customer service many times through phone and email but received no explanation or clarification as to why this is happening.
