I had received wrong product and i did several times return request they did not doing anything on my request and now they did close my return windows and they are saying like we checked with our backend this was all good packed right product and we couldnot do getback return and i already shared the pictures of received product and they are not accepting that, please help me out . i had paid over 7600 rupees.

    Order Id FN[protected] was about to be delivered on or before 09.10.23, later on date changed to 11.10.23 again 13.10.23 and now 16.10.23. Customer care is not providing proper details, if they have misplaced or not. As per tracking the shipment has already arrived at nearby centre on 05.10.23. Ajio is providing worst delivery service along with its logistics partner. My order worth Rs 3335.51 is stuck with ajio and they are playing unbothered.
    I have paid for my order via credit card. is ajio ready to pay for interest loss?
    Please take action.

        I ordered a kurti from ajio on 30 September 2023 but after recieving, i wasn't satisfied with the quality of fabric. So i tried to return it but that was denied because the tag was missing... i tried to contact the customer care but it's of no help... and also there is no option in app such as "product recieved WITHOUT TAG"

        Kindly help me resolve this issue

          Hi my product has been returned to the seller but in the name of quality check they have hold the money, my return I'd is #RT[protected]

          Product has been already returned to the seller two days back but they are not updating in their system due to which refund is not getting initiated

          I have returned the product on 30 September

            I have received a wrongly shipped product from AJIO. When i tried returning it they told me that this is not what they had shipped. They have blamed the customer that they had shipped the right product but the customer never received what he had ordered.

            Product ID:FN[protected].

            I had ordered a lehenga choli set jaipuri but i have received a green used jacket in place of that. The Package that i have received is not from AJIO and looks like someone from courier has tampered with it or has placed the order label on to a local packet and given to us. I have attached the photos below for consumption.

            Also i live in a gated society and can have access to footage also when this package was delivered. It has been a constant harassment from Team AJIO wherein they have refused to listen to their consumer.

            They value of this product is around 4300 but the amount of damage they have done in the return process is much larger.
            Kindly assist.

              I recieved a poor quality dress having no brand tag but when I returned it the delivery guy told that it is not possible as it didn't passed the quality check but it's not my fault... please do something and somehow return this one😭. There is no brand tag

                  Auto cancelling Return requests

                  I have ordered some products from Ajio and wish to return them. I was trying to return them from October 2nd, but the return requests were getting cancelled the next day with a message `Hi ****! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]/FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us." This happened two times so far in the past one week and the products are not yet picked up. I already contacted the customer...

                  Order I'd : FN[protected] and Return I'd : RT[protected].
                  So I ordered the pink self striped round neck top from brand rio, a very well known brand of Ajio and got the thing which is not even a top it's a shirt and it is totally different from what I have ordered. And the funny thing is that the tag is from the same top that I have ordered but the product is different. Because I searched for the product I have received, the different one, in the website it clearly mentioned that the product cost 699 and this thing which I received according to the tag it is 799. How is this possible? When I tried to call the customer care, I only had to listen to a few system generated words. Then I connected through chat and luckily my return was raised. Please look into this matter. I have been shopping from Ajio for the past 2 years but have not experienced this kind of issue.

                    Against FN[protected] order id, I placed an order for swimsuit, which came defective, the zip is broken, since it's an non returnable product they're not accepting return after 8days of delivery. This is cheating as the window period to return products in ajio is 14days. Please help

                      This is the product I received on 27/09/23 vide Order ID : FN[protected]. I placed a return request but your agent is not accepting. Sent 15 emails and spoke to customer care many times each time assurance is given that the defective piece shall be taken back. The delivery partner has come twice and did not pick up as they say it's a non QC product.
                      The exchange has already been rejected by courier partner on 04/10/2023 at around 5pm. I also had a conversation with one of Ajio agents, he assured me he is closing the exchange loop. I have already attached clear pictures of the torn inner package and merchandise. Now please let me know as to when the pickup shall be initiated. Ajio-team is constantly harassing me since 27th September 2023 regarding this issue. My question is how can you just send a product without QC check?
                      And having done that, you are now trying to prove that the product has been damaged by me, as told by the courier partner. Do you think I think I have so much time to keep mailing and following up for a product worth 400 INR? But how can you be so dishonest towards your customer? This is hugely disgraceful and I need to escalate the matter to consumer forum.

                        Hello sir/mam,
                        i oredered crop top with truser set from ajio dated 3rd sept 2023 and received order on 11th of september 2023 . Within next day i retured all the product received earlier due to bad quality of product with same label and tags. After completion of return process due date is shown 21st september2023 for refund . I havent received any refund on 21st september. Therafter, i called customer care they generate complain id and told us to get your refund on 28th september. Again the mentioned date i didnt received my refund . I called supervisir of customer care she said that she highlighted our query and again given me new due date for refund 3rd october 2023. Again i havnet received any refund . Kindly look into this matter for thier bad service and i want to sue them for playing with sentiments of people.

                            I had ordered a set of curtains on AJIO, but have been sent the wrong design by the seller. I had raised a return request for the same the day I received the package, which was sep 30th.

                            I have given AJIO all the necessary information, including a photograph of the product that was delivered. The AJIO app states that the return request would be verified by Oct 2nd. It is already the 3rd oct.

                            My return I'd is #RT[protected]

                            I have contacted AJIO regarding the same and have not heard back from them. Neither have I received any update regarding the return request.

                              24-sep- -2023 which is tottally diffrent product from what we actuually ordered, we received old jacket it looks like cheap quality another non-branded and also extra large size, i was shocked when my parents send me the picture of receivable product because i am out of city and when i made a return for it right away and then they were like continuously cancel my return request and even they are not responding of my calls and emails. i am feeling helpless because i had spend 7618 rupees on it please help me out.

                                I was unable to place a new order, On raising complaint got to know from customer care that they have blocked my account due to higher returns. Even though for every order placed/returned there is a convenience fees which is charged by Ajio, This is unethical to block account like this.

                                    I had ordered for a Saree on 14th Sept, which was delivered on 19th Sept. However, the saree had a striped portion without zari border in the inside portion. This was not as per displayed image. This is absolute cheating.

                                    I requested for a return on the same day, that is 19th Sept. (Return ID: RT[protected], mentioning the reason for the return and posting a picture of the striped portion, but the delivery boy who came to pick up the product on 22nd Sept said there is no description/reason for return mentioned in the app so he cannot collect the product.

                                    I called the Ajio customer care on 22nd Sept and the person whom I spoke with said she will once again raise a 'Return Request no.RT[protected]. But after a couple of days I got a message from Ajio saying your request request is cancelled... thanks for changing your mind. I was shocked to read this message, so I again raised a Return Request (now for the 3rd time) RT[protected] on 26th Sept and again I received a message saying the Return Request is cancelled.

                                    I cannot accept this at all. For a product that I have paid INR 1000, which I cannot even wear... why should I bear the loss. I want the product to be return IMMEDIATELY and want the refund to be creditted to my account without any further delay
