I had order two gold products from Ajio app (order number FN[protected] and FN[protected]) on 16th November 2024. On 20th November, the delivery was going to happen and during the delivery I noticed that the unique product code mentioned on Ajio app were not matching with the actual products. I had called Ajio support team on this issue and asked them whether I can accept it or refuse. As per there confirmation since the code was not matching I refused the delivery and ajio team had also assured that again they will be delivering the product and I had also told them to not cancel since the gold price had increased by that time. Later without delivery they are telling as per their policy they have canceled it. Firstly they had given false assurance that product will be delivered again and later they have cancelled the product when the gold price went high. There is fraud happening from ajio side.

    I am your precious consumer, you haven't delivered by parcel. I ordered on 8th Nov, 2024 and but today 14th Nov, 2024. I haven't received my delivery on time. It's is 48 Hours Late.

        I'm trying to buy some stuff from the AJIO app and in order to do that whenever I am opening the bag icon on the top right it is showing "Sorry! You can't place a new order" . I can't even delete the app as it already have ₹500 in the Ajio Wallet.

          I had ordered 5 products from Ajio on 11 September.
          Order Id: FN[protected]
          Total amount for order: 1467.99₹
          Convenience fee: 28₹ (included in total amount above)

          Unfortunately 2 items got cancelled from Ajio’s side. On one of the item ajio refunded me my whole amount including convenience fee of ₹ 5.60 and on the other item platform fee of ₹ 5.60 did not get refunded.
          Since I did not cancel this order why do I have to bear the platform fees?

          Already talked to customer care, but they do not have any answer. They are not registering my complaint. I requested a supervisor call back from AJio side, but they didn’t call me back at any time.

            Dear Consumer Complaints Team,

            I am writing to express my extreme frustration and anger regarding my experience with Ajio, a company that I believe is actively looting consumers' hard-earned money. They have taken Rs 5, 090 from me, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they persist in claiming that it is resolved when it is clearly not. I have not received my complete order. On September 15th, I was expecting the delivery of three products:

            Indya Xrohit Gandhi Rahul Khanna Dress - Rs 2, 454 (not delivered)
            Indya Embroidery Lehenga Choli Set with Dupatta - Rs 2, 636 (not delivered)
            Indya Ready to wear saree - (Delivered and returned)
            However, I only received a notification for the Indya Xrohit Gandhi Rahul Khanna product but I got Indya Ready to wear saree delivered. The other two items were never delivered to me. I returned the ready-to-wear saree earlier.

            The delivery person confirmed that only one item was delivered. However, Ajio's representatives absurdly insist that all products were sent in one consignment. This is not only false but also demonstrates their disregard for customer satisfaction. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, and their app is equally frustrating.

            I called customer care again on September 20th and spoke with Aastha, followed by her supervisor Monish. Both claimed the issue was resolved and that no refund would be issued. They stated that the package wasn't tampered with, implying that it was delivered as intended, which is unacceptable given that I did not receive the majority of my order.

            This situation is causing me significant stress, and I feel deeply frustrated and disheartened. I am requesting a full refund of Rs 5, 090 for the undelivered items or the immediate delivery of the products.

            Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, Ajio customer care continuously insists that the matter is resolved, claiming that since it was shipped as one consignment, all products were delivered. This is simply untrue. Their customer service representatives have been unhelpful and dismissive, leading me to conclude that Ajio is not committed to addressing customer concerns.

            I have never encountered such a poor shopping experience, and I believe their practices are unacceptable. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Ajio to protect other consumers from similar experiences.

            I am attaching screenshots of my complaint submitted the same day my order was marked as delivered. Additionally, I received an OTP for the Indya x Rohit Gandhi product, while I have no confirmation for the Indya ready-to-wear saree that I ordered.

            If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate this issue further and take necessary action against Ajio for their fraudulent practices. Consumers deserve better, and I expect immediate intervention.

              I have placed one return order for one item that was purchased via ajio portal. On 1st Aug, 24 the pickup partner picked it up and I have shared the otp with him. But till now it was not being updated in the portal.

              I have raised multiple tickets, but they closed it by saying that I was not available at my home and that’s why they were not able to pick it up.

              I have a word with the delivery guy as well. He is agreeing that he picked it up from my home. I also have the cctv footage.

              Can you please look into the issue and refund the amount?

                  I ordered Carlton london sterling silver earrings code no. S550403E. The box we received has the same code on the label but inside the product is different. We received Carlton london earrings code no. S584603E/1.

                  In spite of repeated return requests, emails and calls to customer care my request is not being accepted and no solution has been provided claiming that correct product has been dispatched and no return request will be accepted. I also asked for proof from the company that they sent the correct product but they are not giving any proof and they just reply that the package was intact at the time of delivery. This does not verify that correct product was sent by the company in that package.
                  It seems that the company is involved in fraudulent trade practice.

                        Hi,

                        I ordered a dress from online platform Ajio. Since the dress was smaller I requested for exchange for larger size within the exchange period however the exchange request was cancelled by Ajio and I was sent an email stating refund will be processed within 28th June but till date no refund has been processed.

                          Now they are saying that the return window is closed which is not at all acceptable.

                            I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue with my recent order (Order# FN[protected] According to your tracking system, Delivery partner Xpressbees

                            Tracking ID [protected] the order has been marked as delivered on 22th june However, I have not received the package.containing 9 items

                            Details of the order are as follows:

                            Order Number: Order# FN[protected]
                            Items Ordered :9 Delivered items only ONE(video & photo attached) which I have submitted with proofs.
                            Your delivery partner confirmed that only one item was delivered out of nine written on the bill. If the items cannot be located/resolved, I expect full refund or replacement of the items which were not delivered to be arranged promptly.
                            I have already made complaints to the customer service team and they are saying that we will arrange a call back from our Supervisor which they never did but in the app it shows resolved, I may add that I have written 9 Mails but no response from the team about the missing products.
                            I would request to thorough investigate the whole matter as 9 items can't fit in this kind of packaging.

                            I will be constrained to take further legal course of action if issue is not resolved.

                              I ordered a 2 piece suit set from Ajio...but the size and colour were not as similar as the images shown by them...so i returned it..the delivery boy picked the product...next day..i got a text from Ajio...that your return has been cancelled...the delivery boy and return the product to me...when i checked there was a different suit in the box...from what i ordered and returned...i told the delivery boy about it...but the delivery boy declined to take it back...so i again generated a return ordered...but i was informed again by Ajio that my return request has been declined...then i called them...they ensured me that my problem will be solved...i again created a return order as they said...with the images of the wrong order which was shipped to me...and again the next day my return order...got declined by them...i again called and this time...they replied that they cant do anything in this...nothing can be done...as there was a enquiry they did...and they declined it from above...so now nothing can be done...it is frustrating...how these guys...fool u...and do all these [censored] things...and scam their own customers...

                                I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a significant issue I have encountered with my recent orders with AJIO, as well as the concerning lack of response from your customer service department.

                                Approximately 22 days ago, I placed an order with Ajio for Cosrx - Advanced Snail 92 All In One Cream | 100.0 ml worth ₹849.07. Regrettably, the wrong items received were Beardo Hair Color. Again, I received product with no tag on it and when I return the product delivery person denied accepting it as there is no tag, then again, I connected with the AJIO team they guide me again to send email to the complaint email. Same as the pervious order I didn't receive any response yet and worth of the item is ₹340.00. One more order delivered to me again with wrong item and the worth of the item is ₹718.43. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact AJIO customer service team via email, but have received no response whatsoever.

                                Additionally, during recent phone calls with AJIO executives, I was informed that they were unable to assist further as my issue could only be addressed by the complaint department. To my dismay, I was told there is no internal communication channel between customer service and the complaint department, exacerbating the problem and leaving me in a frustrating predicament.

                                Given the seriousness of this matter and the substantial amount of money involved, I kindly request an immediate resolution.

                                I am seeking confirmation of the initiation of the refund process for the faulty items.

                                Please treat this complaint with urgency, as the lack of communication and delay in refunding my money are both unacceptable.

                                Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and the swift resolution of this issue.

                                  I recently purchased a t shirt from them and it had poor quality. It takes around 10 days to arrive and when it arrived, the packaging was torn. It was my first experience with AJIO and really get disappointed.

                                    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with my order (Order ID: F[protected]) placed using the mobile number [protected].

                                    Initially, I ordered a pair of black and white Superdry shoes (UK size 11) which was canceled on the last day of delivery without any appropriate reason provided. This was already quite disappointing.

                                    Following this, I ordered a pair of retro Superdry shoes (white) which took 7 days to arrive. However, the frustration did not end there. Upon receiving the order, I found that the shoes were in a terrible condition – dirty, out of shape, and without a box. This is completely unacceptable.

                                    To make matters worse, despite ordering UK size 11, I received UK size 7 shoes. This level of service is shocking and far below the standards I expected from Ajio. Adding to my frustration, the delivery agent charged me INR 3300 instead of the actual order amount of INR 3128.

                                    Moreover, I have been trying to reach your customer service for over 2 hours without any response, which is incredibly frustrating.

                                    Given these circumstances, I demand the following:

                                    Immediate replacement of the shoes with the correct size (UK 11) in pristine condition.
                                    A refund of the excess amount charged (INR 172).
                                    Compensation for the inconvenience caused, preferably in the form of a promotional code for future purchases.
                                    If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

                                    I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution to this matter.

                                      I placed an order using net banking . but after the net banking transaction was completed. got the message that the transaction failed and if any amount was deducted it would be returned after 5-7 days
                                      tried customer care but we cannot contact customer care as no contact number displayed on website

                                        I ordered a pair of shoes for ajio first Then the size did not come right, then after rechecking, ordered it again but again the wrong product came. When I made the return, the money was not credited to my pnb bank account but it shows in the app that the money has come into the account
