Ajio — Delivery item missing

I placed an order on 25th june for two clothing items. Expected delivery was a week later but due to lockdown restrictions it extended to 20th july. I received a package on 15th july with just one clothing item while on the package it was mentioned that both clothing items were present. I received a single item. While the delivery was not confirmed on the website i was expecting some miscommunication. But today i received a confirmation email about successful delivery of both clothing items. So today i decided to complain on their site. But their expected response was supposed to be in next 10 days.

I ordered 6 sarees from Ajio app and paid in advance through netbanking. One saree was delivered on 21st march 2021.And the rest 5 was about to be delivered on 23rd march 2021. Ajio package was delivered in 2 separate packets
One package with 3 sarees in it and the 2nd one marked as 2 but received only one saree in the second packet.
In the App it was shown as Delivered all sarees. But one was missing. I didn't find any option in the customer care section to resolve this kind of item missing issue. I would like to receive that saree or expect refund as soon as possible.𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙨 600 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜.Below is the copy of invoice attached. Same happened with me, I have ordered 3 items, paid for 3 items, but I have only received 2.
I have ordered two shirts(black and blue) and I got only one.I got only the black colored t-shirt in the parcel today and the parcel label showing two shirts. But you have mailed and also the parcel receipt showing that both the shirts are delivered. What should I do to get the blue colored t-shirt?

My order missing

I ordered 3 items, but delivered only 2 products...1 product missing

I placed an order on 02/09 for 7 dresses and received package on 11/09 with only 6 dresses while on the package it mentioned 7 products.
I already mailed ajio customer care but didn't receive any response till date.

I bought 4 items from Ajio (maybe I should say unfortunately as I think I chose the wrong brand to trust!). The package only contained 3 items. But the bill said 4 items were delivered. So, I immediately contacted the customer care and notified them. It's been a month. I am yet to receive a reply. This is highly disappointing and I didn't expect such horrible customer service from Ajio. I have already paid for my product and I have every right to demand what I paid for. I would never trust this brand again. Thank you very much Ajio for wasting my hard earned money!!

Hello, i have ordered for a jewellery item on ajio and all i got was an empty box. I registered a complaint with ajio on 5th of march and it was informed to me that by 14th of march i would receive a resolution. It's today 17th of march and i haven't received any resolution. I tried to contact the customer care multiple times and they are telling please wait further for 24 hrs and again wait dor 24 hrs... I asked them to tranfer the call to the senior and none of the time the seniors or supervisors were available. Also one ofthe agent created a call back request from the supervisor and the request id was also provided to me and promised me that I'll receive a call in 24 hrs and as expected neither did it happen. I lost my 3000rs and also the trust in reliance and ajio. Attaching the complaint id and the order.

I have ordered 2 tshirts in ajio as a part of big bold sale worth 258 rupees ...but the package is already opened under the bill part ...and one tshirt only i received finally... please tell the resolution for this...
