Ajio — Delivery of Defective Product

I ordered Nike shoes from Ajio.com and received them on[protected]. The product comes with a 6 month warranty and the upper mesh got teared within 2.5 months of normal usage. I mailed the company about the same, they asked me about all the details and I gave them the same. They asked me to get the claim approved by nike.com and nike.com also approved my claim for which the claim number is 38900552. After complaining since[protected], Ajio.com picked up the order and the refund date was[protected]. And then after almost a month of hassle and sending all the details and claiming from nike.com who is the original manufacturer of the product. Ajio.com sent me the product back saying that the product is a Non-Ajio product. I have sent the pictures including product code, I have a valid invoice and nike.com supports my claim. I have been trying to get my claim for more than a month and a half now.
