Ajio — Goods Not Received

I reported an issue back on October 17, about 7 items missing from one of my order's delivery. I was supposed to receive a total of 4 packets (containing items worth 9000, 1400, 1200 and 6000 approx.) but the packet which should have had merchandize worth 6000 was missing 7 items worth 3200. The packet had printed on it that it has 10 items inside but when I opened it, it only had 3 and it was so small that there is no way it could have had 10 items in it.

All other packets had all products (as promised) except one which has items worth INR 3200 missing from it.

Since I have raised this complaint, I keep getting same scripted response of packets being intact. Packets of course were intact, there was no tampering - I never complained of that what it seems like is its a miscommunication at your end that it will have 10 items packed inside instead just 3.

AJIO claims of cctv footage showing no tampering, however as A CONSUMER that't not enough proof, I need them to show that they actually packed 10 items in that packet, I want footage to show it clearly that 10 items were in a packet as small as what was sent to me. AJIP can't lie and keep 3200 rupees of a customer for goods not received.

Order number for reference is FL[protected]. I have received 7 out of 14 items of this order but the remaining 7 items, which are 4 mufti shirts and 3 cami tops, have never been delivered to me.

Not to mention your executives over the phone seem to make false promises to customers just to get their surveys answered. Everytime I called about this - first I waited 20 mins or more to get through, then be lied to about positively receiving the missing items or being refunded for the missing items. Seems there is alot AJIO commits and so little it does.

Their teams are not even properly investigating the issue. I have also worked in the consumer industry and with giants, but we never treat our consumers like this. It is downright insulting to be treated like how Ajio is treating me.

It is so disappointing to have been their customer for so long, for my loyalty to you having placed numerous orders for years and being treated like this for such an issue which is clearly their fault. It is shocking for me as well as it is the first time I have experienced something like this with Ajio.

The company keeps closing complaints saying you are not reachable, that too when they never contacted me on correct number. POOR POLICY that customer can't update their Correct contact number. When AJIO can't update my correct number, which is a simplest request a customer can have, what else do I expect of them. Please help me get my money back from them
