Not able to exchange the item

I had recivered an item from ajio as per ordered and the item is delivered and in the ajio app it is showing that the item is not delivered yet and it is delayed because of this problem iam not able to exchange the item and i want ajio to update the item status as delivered and exchange my product faster...

wrong product received by ajio and not returning and refunding the product

This incident happened a day ago when ajio declined to return the wrong product that they delivered to me and refused to return the product claiming they have cctv footage that the right product is delivered.

After following up on continuous calls, they have not provided the resolution ts will not be returned.

Also, they have taken 5.5k for the wrong products...

I held an account with Ajio 6 hours back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely...

I had ordered a t-shirt with order id. Fl[protected] i waited for atleast 7-8 days for the delivery and when i received i found it a little small, which i tried to return it as per the ajio policy within 6-8 hours but when the delivery boy came he rejected the pick up coz the t-shirt was with no tag and told sometimes they deliver with bill barcode only but they can’t pick up with the same code and when i too realised i checked the packet...

fake products!!!

Dont buy!!!
My first time shopping experience @ ajio.com.. It is pathetic. They sold duplicate brand products. I had purchased a wildcraft outdoor [protected]@2300rs, but after 1-2times casual usage within a month, their lower part eroded badly. When i called to customer care about this, they didn't consider/solutions positively. When i asked for warranty details, they said there is a no warranty for this particular shoe. Wtf!! Sorry but...

Amount refund issue

I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 25th March 2017. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM00511199. I am raising this complaint against AJIO (https://www.ajio.com) and their delivery partner XpressBees (https://www.xpressbees.com) for a prepaid order that has not been delivered despite multiple reschedules and false updates.

Expected Delivery: 23 June 2025

This order contains two shirts from Campus Sutra, both listed under the same order and tracking ID. Since placing the order, the delivery date has been rescheduled more than four times.
On 26 June, the delivery status was falsely marked as “customer requested future delivery”, which is a complete lie. I was never contacted by the delivery executive, and I immediately tried calling the number provided in the SMS — no one picked up.
I have sent multiple emails to AJIO customer care, and also tried calling them, but no helpful response or resolution has been provided. My money is stuck for a fully prepaid order, and I have neither received the items nor any update on the refund.
I have also raised a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline via WhatsApp. If there is no action soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter legally via e-Daakhil (Consumer Court) and take it to social media.
This is a serious case of consumer harassment and unethical business practice. I demand:
Immediate delivery of the products OR
Full refund to my original payment method
Please take strict action and help resolve this issue.

      I brought 2 items from this AJIO web site by Order ID : EX[protected]. One product doesn't fit well so when I wish to return they denied and force me exchanged instead of return, but in the time of purchased they didnt mentioned that it is not returnable. And 2nd item delivered totally wrong product i had not order for that product again when I go for self help platform for they did not allow me to choose "Wrong product" option I have no option for return because return only possible once photo of the product match with retuning product, My total money wasted. please help me. I tried to talked to them but customer care number is always Busey

        I ordered 2 sarees in Ajio on 20/02025. I received my order on 24/02/2025. The product quality is very cheap. And one of the saree is used and returned already by someone. I got disappointed and tried to return/exchange the order but no such option is shown . I tried reaching the customer care which is not responding and the chatbot also not resolving the query it feels like I'm cheated and no responsibility is taken by Ajio for this issues

          I ordered JBL 770NC headphones in blue color from Ajio (Order ID: FN[protected]), but they sent me the wrong color (black) instead. When I contacted Ajio for an exchange, they issued a refund instead of replacing the product. Later, on January 13, 2025, I reordered the same JBL 770NC blue color headphones, hoping to receive the correct product. However, on January 19, 2025, I again received the wrong color. When I contacted Ajio again, they refused to exchange it, claiming that it is a multicolor product and that the color may vary. This is Unfair 1. The product page never mentioned that the color may vary. I specifically ordered the blue color, and Ajio failed to deliver what was advertised. 2. If the product was non-returnable, why did Ajio issue a refund the first time instead of refusing the return? This clearly proves the product was returnable, but now they are refusing an exchange. 3. This is Ajio’s mistake, not mine. I paid for the blue color, but they sent me the wrong product twice. It is not fair that I have to suffer for their error. I do not want a refund because I will not get this product at the same price again. I demand an exchange for the correct product. If Ajio cannot provide the blue color, they should offer a replacement with a different model. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Ajio must take responsibility for their mistake and resolve this issue immediately.

          I request ConsumerComplaints.in to take action against Ajio for false advertising and poor customer service.

          Ajio has refused to exchange my product, claiming it is a 'multicolor product, despite never mentioning this on the product page. I ordered JBL 770NC headphones in blue twice and received the wrong color both times. Ajio previously issued a refund for the same issue but now denies an exchange. This is unfair and misleading. I request urgent action from ConsumerComplaints.in to address this issue.

            I had returned my order (Order ID: FN[protected], Return ID: FN[protected]) on February 1st, and Ajio assured me that the refund would be processed after the quality check by February 6th. However, even after multiple follow-ups, I have not received my refund. I have tried reaching out to Ajio’s customer support multiple times via email, but I have not received any helpful response. Their customer care helpline is also unreachable due to high call volumes, making it impossible to get an update. Since the refund has been significantly delayed beyond the promised date, I request immediate action to resolve this issue and process my refund at the earliest.

              Jhandu ajio, you soon gonna banned by indian customers, dont play with their hard earned money, bhagwan sab dekh raha hai, itne paap mat karo, mine Fabindia necklace I received it wrong but always stating right product delivered, this is not going to get accepted, i want this pathetic necklace to be returned, since soo many months i m trying to contact ajio, , they are irresponsible, not at all supporting, lootere chor ajio,

                    It has been almost 3 months since I have ordered, returned and complaint about an order I made - Shoes for Rs. 2500.
                    I have ordered for shoes for my workplace, as we had a particular colour code to follow which was not as per that on receiving it. I returned it, initially the person has rejected taking it back saying its brown ( as per colour description on app as well), but it looked maroon on the app while seeing the shoe.
                    The person took the shoes, cancelled at QC & he has not returned them nor have I got the refund for my money, this has happened to my friend as well before & seems like a very nasty strategy to cheat customers.
                    BEWARE OF AJIO !

                      Incident 1:
                      My sister ordered a pair of bootcut jeans from GAP, but we received skin-fit jeans from another brand. When we raised the issue, your team insisted that the product shipped was correct and refused to initiate a refund or exchange.

                      Incident 2:
                      I recently ordered American Eagle jeans, but instead, I received Reebok leggings. I immediately initiated a return, but your team rejected it, claiming the product did not pass quality checks. This is unacceptable, as the mistake was entirely from your side.

                        I placed two orders comprises with 7 pulovers( 4 - Club York and 3 - Armisto) with Ajio on 11th December 2024 (Order IDs: FN[protected] and FN[protected]) worth approximately INR 6, 500. Upon receiving the products on 14th December 2024, I realised they were unsatisfactory, and some pullovers (especially the Club York brand) appeared used or second-hand with tags misleadingly attached to suggest they were new.

                        Unfortunately, I mistakenly applied a “No Return Coupon” for a minor discount of INR 400, not realizing it would forfeit my right to return. When I contacted Ajio’s customer care and grievance team multiple times, they consistently refused my return and refund requests despite the legitimate concerns raised.

                        This practice feels deceptive and unfair, as the products do not meet quality expectations, and it seems like Ajio is using such coupons to clear old or unsatisfactory stock.

                        I request Ajio to process a refund to my Ajio Wallet so I can purchase suitable items. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate further to the National Consumer Helpline and consider legal action.
