Ajio — I am not able to order anything on the Application

Whenever i try to place an order on the Ajio Application, it pops-up a message "sorry, you can't place an order".
Also, I have 800 rupees in the Ajio Wallet, that i am not able to transfer to my Bank.
I tried calling the customer service, but no response.
Please lodge my complain.
