Ajio — I bought 3 products from ajio and there is a size issue

Hello,
I bought 3 products from ajio and there is a size issue with those products so for 1 product i kept for an exchange twice but they cancelled it continuesly and now they are saying me that i cannot return or exchange cause 30days have finished.
And for other 2products i tried keeping for return before expire of 30day duration. So i contacted them and they said me to return it to nearby reliance store regarding that i roamed twice there and to my home they dint accept the products. So when i contacted them again they said me they will extend expire duration. But then again they are saying that 30days duration is over. So i contacted them again and explained all this and they said me to send an email regarding this, but when i made they still saying me that duration is over and for further issue contact theur customer care and the cycle is getting repeated its been more than 2months.
so please help me out regarding this.
