Ajio — I can't view my order even though I've placed and paid for it.

My order number being FL[protected] was ordered today and paid at the same time. But when I open the orders option on my app it says no orders and I didn't even receive any mail saying my order is confirmed. Also, after I ordered 3 clothes, the prices of the very same dropped to 50% lesser than of what I had purchased them for. This is a very frustrating app. Need this issue to be resolved. We can't be waiting here while the payment is already made and we haven't got any intimidation regarding the order.
