[Resolved]  Ajio — Item received without tag and now I cannot able to return it

Address: Flat no 107, 1st floor,gupta elegance, Bhagya nagar 4th line,ongole

I raised return request but delivery person didn't accept my return because it do not have tags but I received it without any tags
So I mailed they didn't gave any response and I also called to customer care even there no response
I think ajio have really worst and bad customer service

How u had contact them ? Because customer care service is not available when I call to customer care number

Yeah...i have contacted them through email many times and got replies like after a day or something and my issue wasn't even resolve...i have contacted the number but no one answered...bad customer service, use other apps like flipkart, Myntra or something that has a better customer service
