I ordered one gram gold coin from from ajio and when i received the package it was looking fine except one small hole in plastic bag, i thought it would be fine but later when i opened package, coin was missing from it, everything else related to coin like broken tempered certicard and tin box was there but main coin was not there.
i took all the pictures and raised complaint to Ajio helpline and also sent them email with all the pictures.

Even after 26th there’s no response from them and if i call them, they keep saying give us more time etc or they simply disconnect call. it’s been so harassing.
Now it is more than 10 days since the complaint is raised and i’m waiting for response which looks like useless to me.
By the small hole in packaging, it looks like someone used a finger to broke inside and stole coin.
Same issue has also happened with my brother who ordered also one gram coin from Ajio, he has also raised complaint but no response so far.
