I purchased few items from AJIO and I didn't happy with he products as they are not like original quality so I raised a return request and they cancelled without any information, again I raised a return request and the again canceled. now the return time period over and I am not able to raise a return request again.       It's been 8 days since my product has been collected and It is still showing that the product is in transit to warehouse. How much time will it take to reach the warehouse and get my refund?. I want my refund as soon as possible

        I ordered 4 Tops on 18/07/2022 from AJIO(Ecom express) not delivered yet. Customer care said some products are RTO locked. Please look into this matter and deliver the product as soon as possible. Or else Refund my money.

          It's been 8 days since my product has been collected but it's still showing that the product is in transit to warehouse. How much time will it take to reach and give my refund. It's disgusting to see such a huge delay. I need my refund ASAP

            I had raised a complaint "COM[protected]" to AJIO customer care as I was unable to login to my account. Later, I got to know that my account has been blocked due to higher returns without any notification. Furthermore, complaint has been closed without confirming with me.

            I have been a regular customer to other shopping apps like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart but haven't seen them blocking me for higher returns.

            I was able to place orders and was suddenly blocked from AJIO without any notification on my registered email id, notifying via phone. If you have the user blocking mechanism, you should be transparent with user by complying below points :

            1) Give a counter to the user while he is raising returns telling that you are left with N numbers of returns for this month.

            2) There should be a limit to placing orders as well when you have limit user from returning the belongings. As you are basically blocking the user from returning the order he placed.

            3) You can charge the handling/shipping cost to user instead of blocking him as that account has my personal information such as Card details, home address.

            4) There should be some intimation to user via email, sms, call telling that your user is going to block so that he can take the actions accordingly.

            As per clause #4.6. "If the User is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from AJIO, " I should be allowed to return the below order id's which I do not wish to keep it anymore with me. As these orders were placed before blocking my user, I should be allowed to return them.

            I request you to raise a return & refund my amount which is around 20, 000 rs which is very valuable to me. Due to this huge financial loss, I am going through mental agony and I am feeling depressed nowadays and unable to focus on my daily activities.

            There were a few more articles which I ordered and those were cancelled without providing any valid reason.

            Also, please take the necessary action against the customer care agent who has abruptly closed my complaint without confirming with me.

            I have all the call recordings available with me for the conversations I had with AJIO customer care. Let me know if you want them as a proof.

                My account was blocked stating that there were multiple returns, however i have not used that account in more than 8months. Having said that I had to return the products due to issue with quality/size. For what is mentioned on your website/app is not really what is delivered to the customer.

                The customer service team at Ajio is not fully trained and are a pro with robotic responses let that be via email/call. I have received a few calls from your team, and none of your team member seems to be knowledgeable enough. They are just telling me i returned stuff, but did anyone try to ask me why i had to return so much of stuff?

                Can we take a moment to talk about the quality being delivered? In the first place, why would you offer returns if you would block the accounts that are returning?

                I would really appreciate somebody from the top management to look into this concern, as i have been a loyal Ajio customer since the very beginning and this is really very disappointing.

                Would appreciate if somebody could look into reinstating my account.

                  Hi TEam,

                  I have raised a return with return ID - RT75179417 for the order FN[protected] due to quality issues on[protected].

                  After 10 days, AJIO asked me to self ship the package to the address they provided on[protected]. I have self shipped the package the same day with AWB# H32654678

                  On[protected] the courier partner DTDC tried to deliver the package but the AJIO staff had not accepted the package though I followed all the process correctly. Unless the AJIO staff at warehouse accepts, the AJI customer care is not processing my refund of 3800(product cost) + 280 (shipment charge)

                  I request you to help me with this issue and help me get my refund at the earliest. I am attaching all the proofs of product package, courier details, tracking details and screenshot of the mail from Ajio with return address for your reference.

                    Zero star, very very bad service, maine M size ka kapra order diye to wo log L size vej diye, pant 32 size order diye to 34 veje, jab exchange karne gsye out of stock, ye ek baar ki bat nahi hai, hamesha karta hai, 5th july ka order avi tak delevery nahi diya gaya, hamesha unka promise date change hote ja raha hai, dont buy anything to ajio, order id #FN[protected], customer care sabse bekar hai koi help nahi karta hai, or koi v सीनियर ko fone dene ko bolte ho to, hamesha ek hi drama busy hai, or koi complain nahi leta hai, or paisa v nahi de raha hai

                      I have returned a jeans worth 1479 on 24 July. The courier partner mentioned pick up is completed and quality check is confirmed. The app is still showing picked up and no refund status is provided. I contacted them n number of times for a status update in app or an email on the status of my refund. They were rude and was asking to WAIT. I emailed them and requested in all possible ways. I want my refund back.

                        I ordered a few items, and the order was delivered. After that when I tried logging into the app, it showed something went wrong. Customer care team said that the account was blocked. Even after I sent the mail, I didn't receive any reply. If someone wants to learn how to become a thief and loot your customers then Ajio is the best example.

                          This is with regards order#FN[protected] for Lee Cooper shoes. The item was delivered on Saturday July 16, 2002 via Shadowfax. However the status still show that the order is yet to be delivered! I need to exchange the shoes for a smaller size and am unable to do so since your system show Not Delivered.

                          Despite my emails on July 22, 23 and 25 giving all details asked for - still the issue has not been resolved! IS this for real?

                              Order #FN[protected] was delivered on July 22nd, today even after 5 days it does NOT show delivered and I cannot initiate a return.

                              I called customer care three times and send two emails, they are not solving the problem. ... i canot spend time everyday talking to AJIO on their incompetent behaviour

                                There was an offer going on that if we order for above rs.7, 000/- you will get assured gifts worth rs.19, 000/-! And attracted to the offer i placed my order above rs.7, 000/-! I received two wrong products but i still kept them because if i returned it i will not be eligible to get the superdry bag which was worth rs.10k! So i did not return any product or dint cancel any product! There was one product which was cancelled from ajio due to its unavailability and now they are like i am not eligible for the bag! How is this fair? I made sure to order, i received wrong things still accepted those, all this for what? Only so i can get the bag and now they are saying i am not eligible? They say since i applied bank discounts etc i am not eligible for offer from the very start itself! But if that was the case why did they send me the mail clearly mentioning that i am eligible for the gifts? This is real fraud happening in ajio! People get attracted seeing great offers and then they themselves cancel one or two products then blame it all on the customer and tell them they are not eligible and now after so many days we are not even eligible to return the products! So its a whole lose situation, i got wrong products, wasted my money, cannot return anything now, did not get my gifts, did not get my vouchers, did not get my superdry bag etc as well!

                                        Held an account with Ajio. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

                                        I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague right now but your staff needs a lot of grooming.. But interaction with your supervisor was a shocker His name is Suresh Chandra who never called me back after raising multiple call back requests. I didnt call to listen to a radio tape...I expected assurance and validation that something will be worked out. This is crazy honestly.
                                        I do not trust your brand/shopping portal and would like to return all the products ordered till date

                                        It was my first order and i didnt know that within a week my account will be blocked. I have 70k+ worth of items stuck. I request you to kindly reinstate my account as iw ould like to return everything i ever ordered in past one week from AJIO.

                                        I do not trust anything with AJIO. Spare me and return my money
                                        I am horrified by such incident and would like you to resolve my issue. The amount is not a small amount and it is really frustrating to go through this. Kindly look into the matter and resolve on priority else i will have to take this to social media. I want return to be created for all the items. I do not want to deal with AJIO. It is a pain
