Ajio — Money deducted but order not placed

I had placed an order for a product on AJIO on August 3rd. I tried to pay using Google pay but the payment failed but the money got debited.I checked my bank account as well. I tried checking their website on what to do but they said send an email. I sent 7 emails and there has been no response. I tried calling as well but their waiting time is too long or they aren't just picking up. I would like my money back as soon as possible or I would like to receive the order I had placed.
