Ajio — Not able to exchange the item

I had recivered an item from ajio as per ordered and the item is delivered and in the ajio app it is showing that the item is not delivered yet and it is delayed because of this problem iam not able to exchange the item and i want ajio to update the item status as delivered and exchange my product faster
