The product got delivered on 8th of September. I want to exchange the product due to size issues. Since the product is out of stock and reached Ajio customer care on 11th of September and they told me that i will receive a call back . But i didn't received any call from them but they closed the complaint without any proper information. I again called them on 18th September and they again told me to wait till 21 September for the product to be available and even they are not sure of when the product will be available in the website. They keep on telling me the same thing whenever i called them. The product is not eligible for return and 23rd September is the last day of exchange and i will lose my money and the product will be of no use for me if they didn't provide me any solution.
