Refund not initiated even after products were picked - COM[protected]

Even after atleast 50 email follow ups and 20 calls to Ajio, my above complaint is not resolved. It was raised by me on 7th JUne.

Courier guy took products from me, when he was only supposed to pick only 3 items.
The excess 3 products that courier guy took along with him, were never refunded by AJIO. Now it has been a month almost and after continuous follow ups, AJIO is not refunding my amount or product. my case is Ajio product 3pc shose are picked delivery courier from my house in excess products picked please solve this I have shared all photo copy of shose and order no of picked which through.NOT RECEIVED MISSING PRODUCT @3PC SHOSE Please call [protected] : Exces products pick up 3pc addidas shoes 6mm in two order id (FN[protected], [protected], FN[protected] and FN[protected])

    Ajio is denying for refund or delivering the correct product.

      I ordered the Buda jeans joggers from AJio on May 18th. The thing I ordered was black, but when I received it, it was dark green. So I immediately requested the return of the product. When I file a return request because I received the incorrect goods, Ajio executives respond that the proper item was dispatched.

        I ordered 3 kurthi set on 8th May 2024 and received only 2 products and I contacted customer care multiple times but they are repeating they delivered the product.

          I ordered 09 products worth 6k in May 2024. Out these 9 items, 3 products were NOT received; and 1 was incorrect product. Ajio badly messed up my order. As a loyal consumer, I registered complaint with their Ajio customer care but they were useless. Did not acknowlegde my compliant and instead said they have "STRINGENT QUALITY STANDARDS" to check and verify that all products were sent. This certainly was laughable! I am registering this complaint here today solely to make realize that Ajio is not trustworthy. Will certainly NEVER ORDER from AJIO ever again.
          Their mess costed me a loss of INR 2k! Very disappointed by Ajio

            I placed an order for a black hoodie with the word "dope" printed on it from Ajio, but they sent me a different item with an inexpensive and dissimilar print. I requested a return, but they insisted that they had sent the correct order. I contacted their customer service department, but they reiterated the same information. This is a clear case of fraud, and I would like a refund. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

              Dear AJIO Customer Service,

              I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a recent issue I encountered with an online purchase I made through your company. On 28 april 2024, I ordered Tissue floral print kurta plazo set from your website, Order Number FN[protected].

              Upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was missing several essential parts necessary for its functionality. Concerned, I promptly initiated a query with your customer service team and was advised to return the incomplete item for a refund or replacement. Following your instructions, I returned the incomplete product on 4 may 2024 via Shadowfax courier partner of AJIO.

              To my surprise and dismay, upon receiving the returned parts, I was informed that the product did not belong to your company and therefore, a refund could not be processed. This revelation was not only perplexing but also concerning, as it raises questions about the legitimacy of the product listings on your website.

              Since then, I have diligently followed up on the status of my refund, but each time my query is closed without resolution. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and failure to address this issue is highly disappointing.

              I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and facilitating the refund of 1027 RS. I believe it is only fair that I am reimbursed for the incomplete and unusable product I received.
              I hv attached the picture of reissued product which was sent to me by AJIO but it is not the product that neither I purchased nor returned the same product. I returned the actual product and I have also attached the actual product picture. It's logistics company fault who sent yoy the wrong product with my return id. They keep my original product and sent you a different product.
              When I got the call on 11 may from AJIO person they assured me that if the reissued product doesn't belongs to me then they vll definitely take necessary action but now noone is taking my issue seriously. It's very bad and pathetic customer service experience that you promised something and then deny it. Whereas I didn't have any fault in this matter in that also only I m suffering due to logistics company and your officials as whenever I raised the complaint they assured me that after closing of returning window and if the reissued product does not belong to me then they vll take necessary action. But no solution or action has been taken till now.

              I m tired now and if this time my issue has not been taken seriously then definitely I hv to take serious action.

                I ordered a shirt of size XL which got delivered yesterday - 11-5-24 and on checking the size it looked a size larger.
                So went to the AJIO site and booked an exxchange for a smaller size
                The Delhivery person got the exhange parcel today 12-5-24. However when he scanned the the EAN code of the shirt delivered yesterday to take back the return his software rejected mentioning the product EAN is not found
                I feel this is fraud and cheating with the customer either by the courier company or RELIANCE JIO outlets
                I WILL BE POSTING THIS IS IN ALL POSSIBLE MEDIUM AND MAKE IT CLEAR TO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE PRODUCTS OF HIGH VALUE from AJIO.. THERE IS SOME FRAUD THAT AJIO AND ITS ASSOCIATES ARE DOING.. HAND IN GLOVE.. NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED

                  This is with reference to RT*****5933, wherein I had ordered Black coloured Saree on 28th April, however, completely different Red Colored Saree has been delivered. Surprisingly, your verification team falsely claims that they had send the right order. In contrast, I have all the complete packaging and product which was delivered to me and your pickup guy also admitted that it is the wrong product and a separate complaint needs to be raised on the app. As advised, i did the same but your team denies to accept the product and says that they have rightfully delivered the correct order- which is hilarious

                    I purchased Nike shoes from Ajio for ₹5500, but they were one size bigger than what I ordered. When I returned them, Ajio claimed they failed their quality check and sent the shoes back to me. I refused to accept them, but the delivery person took them anyway. However, I haven't received either my shoes or a refund yet. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I've received no response. They insist it falls under a "no refund, no return" policy, but I'm left without my money or the correct shoes. Can you help resolve this issue?

                      Unprofessional from and team. Returning the product is cancelled since multiple attempts are made. Neither I got my refund amount back, nor product. there support making excuses that I to connect with bank I checked not a single penny received.

                        I am writing to address Order ID FN[protected], concerning the two XXL-sized kurta sets I recently received. As a regular shopper on Ajio, I typically find this size suitable; however, neither of the items from this order fits me properly, as they are too tight.

                        Unfortunately, I couldn't find a larger size available for exchange on the website. Therefore, I contacted customer care seeking an alternative solution. However, I was informed that no alternatives were available, and neither a refund nor a credit for future purchases could be provided.

                        As these two kurta sets are unusable for me due to their fit, I urge Ajio to reconsider its policy. It is unfair to compel customers to keep items that do not fit and offer no refund or assistance. I kindly request your assistance in either processing a refund or providing a credit that I can use to purchase other well-fitting items from Ajio.

                        Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

                            I ordered the kurta with full payment of Rs. 1426. In return I got a cheap product which is not even worth Rs. 200.
                            I am a genuine customer of ajio, apart from this I did ordered many products and received it properly. Please check the same and refund the amount by taking the wrong product.

                              I have ordered a anarkali dress and a saree,
                              The product tag was not available when it was ordered.
                              Quality of the product is not good so i would like to return it but the delivery person is not picking as the product does not contain it's tag.
                              Please do the needful as soon as possible even i tried to call to the customer care but I did not get a proper response from them.

                                Am Khushi Singh.
                                I ordered a Fusionic Embellished Lehenga from Ajio on 15 January (Order Id - FL[protected]).
                                My order arrived on 20 Jan but i didn't like the quality of it so i decided to return it and get refund for my order. I chose bank transfer and provided my Account No. for the same.
                                I got a message regarding the initiation of refund on 29 January but till date i have not received my refund of Rs 3.312. This is not a small amount which i can just let go.
                                I have even asked the customer care executive to provide me the phone no. of vendor so that i can directly contact them but they denied by saying that they don't keep the vendor's phone number.
                                I have called several times on customer care and sent them emails, sent my bank statements but still there is no action taken and all i get to hear is "kindly send your bank statement again".

                                I really want you to look into this matter and help me out. It will be your great kindness.

                                    I ordered indo raga brand kurta on 3rd march2024 order ID FN[protected]. in AJIO e-comers app. The item delivered on 7th march2024 from DELHIVERY courier i opened that pack on 11th march-2024 wrong item received insted of kurtha received maroon colour sarey so i returned that order but they were replied me that "they packed & dispatced correct item" saying that request cancelled because the item is correctly shipeed at our end". so I called to customer care 4 times regardong same issue they are telling our back end team enquired about your complaint and replayed me
                                    "correct item is shipped" they are not resolved my issue so please help in this case to get back my item what i ordered in the Ajio app

                                      Order# FN[protected] is my order number. It's a large size shirt. I want to exchange it for a XL size. They don't have XL size in stock, so they refused to return or exchange it with another product or give credit voucher. 21 march is last date of exchange.
