    Dear All,

    I placed an order dated on 23rd of Aug 2023 with order no FN[protected] which was received dated on 25th Aug 2023. Product was received as a used product and without any Company Tag or Price Tag on it, so Immediately I placed an returned request with return Id RT[protected] for the same. When your delivery person came to pick up the return order he checked the product and he refused to pick it up as the product did not have Price tag on it. Immediately I called customer care no and had a word with your customer care executive, so they guided me to place a request again for return and I did the same and I uploaded pictures with it and they have assured me that same will be picked up this time and your refund will be received, on the next day again delivery partner has come to pick up but same thing has happened. Continuously I did the same thing 12 times but did not pick it up, Finally today the product was picked up by your delivery partner and he has mentioned the return as a defective product and informed us that we will return the product back to you as the product did not have a tag. I communicated to him that I have already mentioned for the first time only that the product is a used product and does not have any tags on it.

    Please find below list of complaint no and date on which I made a complaint by talking to your customer care executive. Now whenever I call your customer care no as soon as I provide my ordered Id or Complaint id, they disconnect my call and you have only optioned to call customer care no twice a day from same no, so I try to called from my other mob no but as soon as I will share my complaint no they disconnect call.

    I want to know, is this how you treat your customer and provide service?

    Doesn't your delivery partner know that the return was initiated due to a used product and without a price tag?

    Please hire the people who can give proper answers to customer complaints and guide them on the right path, and as a service industry you have to answer the customer complaint and make it resolved not to harass them.

    I want my refund on priority on the original payment mode, Nowonward I have to think before placing any order from your application and I should share the incident so all customers who are thinking of buying online from Ajio, will also think before placing any order.

      I received the wrong product I applied for a return they are saying they shipped the right product but I did receive a different product. Please help they are not taking any action.

        I received a different product than I ordered. I requested for a return they are not taking any action saying that they have shipped a right product but I have received a wrong product please help.

          Delivery boy not picking up the return ordered on Ajio

          I initated a return of my product for 11/09/2023
          return ID #RT[protected]

          i didnot received any product tag in the item and while returning the item the delivery boy is asking for the tag of item and he didnot pick up without tag

          So please help resolve this complaint ASAP

          I ordered a embroidery lehenga set from Ajio. I applied for return. The delivery guy rejected due to unsuccessful quality check. I had contacted the customer care and applied for return again as they had told me. I had send emails with pictures attached of the product and I had got reply also saying the product is same I can return it. But the delivery person is not able to confirm the product.I have tried returning 3 times till now but was not successful. I keep on doing the same thing contacting customer care, sending emails, but no solution till now.

            On 11th August, 2023 I bought a shorts pant from Ajio app and it was delivered on 17th August, 2023. The size ordered was 34.

            The details of the product is as below:

            Product name: LC Waikiki (pleated City shorts with insert pockets)

            Size : 34

            Amount paid : Rs. 673.13

            The issue with product is its size. The size is smaller than expected. I had requested Ajio Customer care executive to provide me exchange facility and give me bigger size but they denied to do the same saying the item comes under non- returnable product. I have emailed them many times but they gave the same reason.

            Non- return policy is not applicable on these products as per Consumer Protection Act 2019 for online selling platform as we do not see the product physically so Consumer should be given facility of atleast exchange policy. This is a complete injustice to the consumer, as this product is of no use to me because it is too small size.

            I request you to look into the matter and give justice to me.

              24/08/2023 AJIO Campus -Men Low-Top Running Shoes-AJ-22G-211 ord FN[protected] EXPECTED 30/8. wrote to them 25 times. their courier parner is not attempted at all since 31/8.. they say i am not avble. why did not they phone up when not avbl. they are mum for this question. they are lethargic. i wanted my refund. they write to me 24 times all except refund. i want my money back. their elevated ref.                     I ordered point Cove shirt on 28/08/23, price Rs.872.50, order number was FN[protected], but due to wrong color and design, I made a return request with return number RT[protected], but AJIO has not yet approved my return This is very wrong, return after giving wrong item Don't do it, that's why I have complained to AJIO in NATIONAL CONSUMER Grievance whose complaint number is 4882818, if even then my return and refund is not given then I will highlight it in the consumer court and social media. Vishwajeet!

                      I got the wrong product and when I tried to return it they keep cancelling my return request by saying that they shipped me right product but this not the truth and they scaming me and I talked to there advisor and they are not helping me either

                        I ordered or Chinos from Ajio but have received a different colour from which I have ordered so I gave raised a return request but that was rejected by Ajio so I don’t know what to do next I am raising this complain here.

                          I have placed an order for Armani Hand bag through Ajio on 19 Aug for Rs 7600 Order ID fn[protected] and instead I received a kids jogger.On raising the return request they cancelled saying we have shipped the right product.We are sorry for the loss.When I provided the evidence ( A video where their courier bag can be seen - I was able to take out the jogger with a small tear in the corner which a handbag couldn't have come out)they dint even see it.No investigation and instead organization has the worst customer support mechanism.
                          Tickets are closed with false information without even talking to the customers. Placing calls on long hold and abruptly disconnecting the calls.
                          Committing false promises and no proactiveness to investigate when I said you might check with the logistics partner.
                          Please help me in getting my money back. I am a very old customer of Ajio, had this been a habit I would have reported this type of case before also.Pls check the history of Return due to wrong product.

                          I ll make sure I never buy from them in future.I could have attached the video also but its 12 MB.

                              Dear Vineeth Nair I had placed multiple orders form no return no exchange and from that one was a dress but ajio send me a skirt after calling customer care they disconnect my call in between if the conversation I seeked help through chat they just raise complaint and complaint team are saying the product is correct we don't ship a wrong product the tags clearly says it's a skirt bloody scammers and other 2 products were received torn even that they are refusing to return what a rubbish company just scamming people bloody fraud

                                I want to change my mobile no. as the one on ajio account is not my number now. i get a new one, so i ordered a t shirt and paid through UPI payment mode using my new number. now when delivery came they don't give product to me as i don't get the code because my no. change. so he don't give my order even though i already paid for it. so kindly change my mobile number or cancel my order and refund the amount in my bank account.

                                  Hi am from Mumbai. I placed Order on Mon, 07 Aug, 2023 and received my order on 17 Aug 2023.
                                  Courier partner of Ajio was Shadowfox. Parcel was expected to have 2 product but one product is missing.
                                  Am sharing the images for reference. Ajio people are informing that there packing team is denying that no product is missing. I am doing follow-up with ajio customer care but am not getting satisfactory reply from them.

                                    Order placed on Mon, 07 Aug, 2023 and received my order on 17 Aug, 2023. In my Parcel two packets were there, one was empty and one had product. I raised a complaint. It is still not resolved.
