Ajio — Not able to use ajio wallet money

I returned some products and they refunded me my money into my ajio wallet, now when i want to use that money to buy something it keeps showing me "oops, you payment has failed".
now i don't know if this is fraud or some technical Issue but i should be able to use my money
and i don't want to transfer my money as many people don't receive it.
