I purchased Reebok shoes whuch I received without any tag and were defective. I wanted to return them but as there is no brand tag I can't return them now. Wasted my money and got fooled by them.

    I had placed an order on 10th december with 2 items id(#RT53035368 and #RT[protected] and i got my order on 13th december.
    as the products(kurtas) were larger in size, i chose to return them.
    but no call came from delivery agent and no return pickup was done.
    but when i open ajio app, it was showing that " we attempted to pickup the product" .actually i didn't get any call regarding return pickup, and they didn't came to pickup the product.
    i want to return the products and get my refund backk!!!

      Amount deducted & no order placed

      In the start of the BBS sale on 9/12, I placed an order for 3 kurtas. The payment was completed through upi but on the ajio app the items were still in the bag and there was no order placed.

      I have been writting emails and also shared screenshots with your team but they have been absolutely unhelpful and have only been replying with some templates.

      Without even reading the emails they keep asking for order ID....

      Payment failed but amount got debited

      On December 10th at 1:44 pm am ordering my favourite product in ajio but when im doing upi payment through phonpe the payment failed due to product out of stock but the amount got debited im my account i have received an sms also like that amount debited im my account . Regarding this issue i have sent mails to ajio customer care they replied wait for 48 hours to reflect your amount in your account after 48hrs now they replied wait for 3days...

          I have ordered from ajio app 3 product all 3 worth the price I have placed for the return and the company i.e ajio mailed me the address to self ship the product by self I have done the same but the adress was wrongly given by them because of which tge product was not able to reach the warehouse it come back to me and by this time the return window got closed now I am call ajio 100 time for initiating return for the product they are not initiating it since then it's have been one month my 5000 rs is being stuck in this please take necessary action with them and I have done everything said by the executive to share the product picture and everything now also they are not even bothered

            Your response to my complaint is very unprofessional, not accepted at all, you are making the customer feel offended by saying that the customer is making a false statement.

            And I never said there was an empty packet being delivered, i said one item was missing from the packet and the value of which is Rs 237/-

            You are making a false statement by saying the products are dispatched after necessary quality checks because the 3rd item from below was completely a wrong product being sent (a different pattern, style and color) -images attached below - So is this quality check??

            See if I am saying a product is missing from the packet, why will i lie for that. How will I prove myself, if i would have known earlier, I would have clicked a video of packet opening
            What are your guidelines and policies for product missing being found by the customer????

            As a customer, if I can build trust on AJIO and make a Prepaid payment that is because of the trust and the brand name of Reliance Retail - Ajio
            The same trust is being expected from your end for being a loyal customer of AJIO.

            This is not the first order of mine on AJIO, if you check my history of shopping from your portal, multiple orders have been placed before and I think I have never raised any complaint of product missing earlier.

            Even though it is a refund complaint for Rs 237/- it's not about a small amount, it is about ethics
            It is about my current and future orders with AJIO

            For your information, the above order was not a single pc order, i had ordered 4 items against above order no. There were 2 shipments being sent for the order. The 1st item from below came in one shipment which was delivered and other 3 were supposed to come in the 2nd shipment, but in the packet of the 2nd shipment there were only two items, the 2nd and 3rd item from below. The 4th item was missing in the packet

            Below are the details of the order:

            1) Teamspirit - Typographic Print Crew-Neck T-shirt with Doctor Sleeves --

            2) Lee Cooper - Low-Rise Slim Fit Jeans
            3) KG FRENDZ - Embellished Tulle Tiered Fit & Flare Dress -Completely different pattern received

              With reference to our order no. #FL[protected]. would like to inform you that, we received different colour material against our order which was not acceptable. After which we initiated return, which was automatically cancelled. We are trying very hard to return, but due to pathetic site design and wrong policy, we are unable to return our product.

              we are left with no options rather than requesting you continuously and being harassed by AJIO to us.

              we have also lodged compliant two times, but could not get resolution till date

                  Ajio if you're reading this what the hell is wrong with you guys ?? I'm tired of complaining my refund hasn't been received yet the amount is 2800 what stupid customer service you guys are providing. Please get the refund done you bakwas company !!

                    It's been 20 days the 2 products were picked and been 25 days of cancellation of 1 product (paid through NetBanking) Order #FL[protected], but I have not received the refund. Several times I complaint to their customer care team but all in vain.

                    Ajio is a fraud company.

                    Attaching the message received from Ajio for the return pick up and another screenshot of outgoing and incoming calls to this delhivery person who came for reverse pick up

                      I have place order on 22nd November 2021 . It's been 20 days my order is not delivered. We did not expect this kind of service. I'm continuously writing them mails but they are not responding properly.
                      I am Still waiting for the update but had no response from them.
                      They are changing the delivery dates as per there conveniences.
                      No call or no message from them.

                            Order # FL[protected] placed on Nov 19, 2021 and started return request as soon as product is arrived. AJIO attempted to pickup but, hesitated to pickup though item is in original condition and unopened, invoice, barcode all are there in package.

                            I have raised a complaint to AJIO but, COM[protected]. Please help.

                            If my return product is not acceptable thn return it why you keep the product and i don't even open the package before returning it... it's a huge fault from your side

                                I haven’t received any refund for the this order,
                                I paid for the order with my debit card bt I haven’t received an refund after cancellation !!

                                There is definitely something wrong by your end
                                Its been more than 10 days!!

                                You guys told me you initiated and completed the refund on 25 NOV
                                Bt i checked with the bank there is only one Transaction of rupee's ₹1509 /- when it was debited from my account i have not received any refund !!

                                  I have ordered Dune London bag and received it without tag. Upon returning it they are asking for price tag which I didn’t received. Requested return multiple time also have sent email they close the case every time. My order id FL[protected]

                                    Access denied/ Unable to login

                                    I have been unable to log into my ajio account. Everytime I try logging in, it shows the error 'access is denied'. I tried calling the customer care several times, but the agents were of no help either! Please help me in getting back my account....
