Ajio — Not picking up the order | |||
Hi Team, Complaint No : COM[protected] Order Id : #FL[protected] Return Id : #RT47985656 I ordered 2 puma shoes and already raised a return request. I have spoken with customer care on phone and email multiple times but they are not picking up their product back. I got the order on 12 th oct and on the very same day i requested a return. Please look in to the same. They have assured me that the product would be picked up but they have missed the deadlines 3 times and again they are delaying the pickup. No one is giving concrete solution. Its been now 18 days rhe product is with me and now i have to pay my credit card bill for thr product i am not using. I have sent them multiple emails and they have replied back. Please check the attached email. They are promising to pickup the order but they are delaying it and not picking up the order.
