Ajio — Not receiving otp

I have money on my ajio wallet due to return of rayban sunglasses order id
RT54802747.
I am not getting otp to use my ajio wallet money.
Details of Issue: When I login with mobile number I am not seeing money in my wallet.
if I login with email ID I am able to see wallet money.
Because of this issue (2 accounts of my name with same mobile and email id) I am not recieving otp to email or mobile number when I login with emailid for using this wallet money.

I have complained both by mailing and via phone so many times from more than a month. nobody is correcting this. I get reply after complaining that issue has been solved or its an website issue or account issue and it will be corrected in 2 days, nothing has been done so far except transferring complaint to one department to another.
