I have been trying to return two shoes. Since I work, I am not available at my home address at a certain time. I requested several times to schedule the pick up before or after my office time but the employees of the delivery partner of Ajio are rude and insisted that I carry the parcel to my workplace and return from there. I refused saying this was not possible as parcels are too big to fit into my scooter. I also don't want to leave them with any neighbor, etc. as in case of any misplacement, I will be the one responsible. Then the lady on call, who was quite rude all the time, asked me to cancel the return order as it was being difficult for them to schedule pick up. She also cut the call while I was still speaking! I have ordered from other websites as well, but this is the first time I have to face this kind of harrassment!
