Ajio — Order not delivered

In july 6th there was some offer going on, in that i have ordered 3 items in ajio. Order no fl[protected]. Still order not received and there is no communication from ajio or seller. Two times i called customer care, 1st they assured delivery on 15th of july, next call they saying cancel the order. Due to carona situation having some problem. My question is if really they facing some problem, why still selling same items. I waited 50 days, i doubt i order low price, they are not ready to dispatch with that price. Order amount wise low, but its not correct way to deal the customers, still there is no single msg or notification from them. If they failed to delivery then refund 500% of my amount, then only cancel the item.
