Ajio — Product not delivered refund not granted

I ordered a puma shoe on 18th of October and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of November but due to some delay they said it would be delivered on 4th, now its 5th of November and yet I haven't received anything. Now when I checked the app it's showing that as the product couldn't be delivered they are returning it. I pre paid Rs 2837.46 through phonepe, order id #FL[protected], return id #RT25468877.
This is by far the worst experience I had in online purchasing. They are literally fraud, that was my hard earned money and I want it back. Kindly help me with this please
