Ajio — Product received without tag and not able to return

Order id -FL[protected] washed jeans has been received by me without tag

Return id[protected]

Since the fitting didn't go well i want to return the item..

But the delivery boy rejected the package..i even have video proof of not recieving tag since i have heard many people get products without tag and it's better to make a video while unboxing for proof..i placed return request within half an hour of receiving the product but the delivery guy rejected..i want the product to be returned
