Dear sir,
On 20th Sep, I tried to place an order on Ajio application. The order was not successful but my amount Rs 1222.11 got debited from my bank account. Immediately I got a email confirmation from payment partner razorpay saying that refund has been initiated and it will take upto 5 to 7 business days to credit the refund amount back to your bank account. But even after several followups over email and customer care number, my amount is not credited back to me.
I was also created a ticket with support team ( ID: COM[protected]) for the same issue but they have resolved it without giving resolution. Kindly guide me to get my amount back. Was this information helpful? |
