Hi my name is Sunil Setpal and I ordered a product JOHN PLAYER SLIMFIT HOODED JACKET on 27th September 2022. The order ID is FN[protected]. The product was cancelled on 28th September 2022 however the same was not getting cancelled from my end. I had called customer care multiple times but they couldnt help. They tried cancelling the product from their end however to no avail. I spoke to your seniors multiple times but no one helped me regarding this. This is a technical glitch which can be resolved only by the technical team. When we cancel the order it gets initiated however post 10 minutes it again ends up showing the status as order delayed. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and arrange to refund the money back to source account on priority.

Hi I have placed an order of one night suit and returned it due to size isse now it’s been more than a month it has not been taken by any person i tried to contact customer care a lot but things still pending not sorted out…and one another product which I have not received yet and has been canceled from AJIO itself that is okay but that amount is still pending have not received any of my refund amount it is very difficult with AJIO to return kindly sort this out

    I have ordered 2 Lee cooper shirts on 22nd September and it's still not delivered. It constantly shows in transit, but no further updates. I have ordered so many things after that every product was on time, except these 2 Lee cooper shirts. Order ID NUMBER- FN[protected]

        My name is Ramavtar Dudhwal. I ordered 2 pair of shoes from ajio on 30th april and get delivered by 24 may that the product was different from that i ordered so I created a return on ajio on 25 may and that shoes picked up on 01 jun. My order ID is FN[protected].
        That item was picked up but my refund was not credited into my bank account yet . But ajio claiming that tha company initiated refund on 19th jun. Here is the reference number pay_JPbEDrtEpRQE9m.
        I have shared my bank statement also.

          I did self shipping for the 2 items ordered in ajio with return id RT79103400 and RT79447463 by spending 236 Rs on self shipping and now i got them back to my address(photos attached) after wasting so much time on returning it saying warehouse has refused to take the item without even opening it..i asked them to arrange for pickup..but they are saying that pincode is not serviceable for return which i was not notified while placing order and ajio is creating all nonsense clauses for looting customer money...when a item is deliverable then it shud be eligible for return too...if return is not possible..then it shud be notified while placing order..now after frequent calls to ajio, they raised acomplaint regarding this with complaint ID :COM[protected] whicb they told will be resolved by 30 sept..but till now there is no response frm them.

          i want pickup now at any cost as i already self shipped to the address mentioned by ajio n they refused to take any of the item..may be address is wrongly mentioned in site or ajio wants to simply loot money

            The company never called me.they never warned me or informed me that due to lot of return my account could be blocked. There is nothing of this kind from their end. Never . Also whatever return they are saying is just due to size issue. Nothing else. From few months only I'm using ajio. Such incident of complete account block has never happened to me. Now when this has happened and can't be opened the product they are not returning. I'm highly disturbed literally feeling worst can't explain. Even I had paid for many products. They had not been delivered yet. My most humble request that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund. Regards Ayushi

              Hi, my order id is FN[protected]. I created returns many times on call and by email at [protected]@ajio.com but still, now no one can pick up my product (I created a return request for 2 items but only one return item is picked up after 45days. One item is still remaining). When I am writing a mail or call to customer care he was saying we will update in 48hr but still after more than 2 months no one picked up my items.

                My Name is SAI BABU G, MY Contact Number is [protected].I have purchased products on[protected], amount rs 1720. paid through debit card, received and returned on[protected] and i have acknowledgements, they accepted also. later they said it will take few business days to Refund amount. but i did no get any refund amount. but they keep saying refunded. i tried to contact them but their customer support portal not connecting at least once. here i'm attaching screenshots of transactions ... please help me, and just make other person will not face these kind of problems . i hope i will receive my amount soon, thank you.

                  I've returned the product and it's been 2 months I've not received my refund. And in my ajio account it's showing they've refunded. Regarding the same I've called them several times plus I have mailed them sharing my bank statement, still they not resolving my issue and not refunding my money back.

                    I ordered some articles but those articles were of low quality that's why I applied for a return and delivery came to the home and picked up all the pieces but the amount was not refunded in my account nor in my ajio wallet. I registered a complaint to his customer care executive.

                      Instead of solving the issue, they sent me this useless reply.
                      I called their customer care. They said i should receive the coupon and said it will be resolved soon. But there is no update yet. One customer care executive even refused to read the terms and conditions of eligibility of the offer. What is this AJIO? Will you resolve it?

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Shopping

                          The issue that I have experienced was: AJIO cancelled the delivery of two items of this order (placed on Aug 20). The order was cancelled on 1 Sep. I have been waiting for my refund since then. Every time I call customer service, they give me excuses and lies and ask me to wait for more time. They also resolve the raised complaints without actually providing a resolution. Their refund policy on the website claims refunds will be issued within 2 working days. That's definitely a lie!

                          It occurred on: 01/09/2022

                          This meant that I have to now pay my credit card bill including the amount that should have been refunded. I am seriously frustrated and have to waste time calling them to follow up every single day since the last month!

                          I would like my complete refund plus reparations for mental and financial damages.

                            I am a regular customer at AJIO and use to order cloths. As the app allows return if the cloth doesnt fit i was returning the cloths if i have fit issue.
                            Recently after i made purchase of 20k plus ruppes my account was blocked by AJIO. I want to return the cloths which are not as per fit and allowed as per policy. This is a fraudulent practise the account was blocked with no intimtion no information.

                              Terrible experience with ajio(*)(*). Never buy products from Ajio.
                              I had placed a return request for two products from ajio app. Pick up address I placed is Hyderabad same as delivery address but those ajio people changed the pick up address to Gujarat and Haryana. When I contacted the customer care through call and mail they are saying they can't cancel return as return policy was ended and I can't return it again and also they told me they can't change the address also. What should I do now? I had send them 5 mails and called them many times but the response is they can't do any thing. They are just saying product will be picked up. How can they pick up products from Gujarat and Haryana if the products are at Hyderabad, Telangana ? They are saying they can't change the address there is an issue with backend team. I[censored] have issues why are you making a customer suffer?

                                Armani exchange belt

                                This is incredible 😡
                                i was ordered armani exchange belt on 11 feb order id was fn[protected]
                                i had issue with quality and i returned to next day.
                                until from that day i was waited for my refund and many times i call to customer for refund
                                now they cancelled their product which was given by them. this is annoying
                                do some respect to customer😑😑 i want my money back asap...

                                First return order RT77388264 placed on 16 August was cancelled automatically due to a system issue.

                                The second return ID : #RT78414943 placed on 26 August has still remained open. The reason is that the Pincode is not available for return service - strange enough because it was available for Delivery!

                                Anyways, I reached a nearby DTDC office (2kms away from home) on 12th September to return the product to their address (see below per attached Invoice) and was told by the DTDC office that they don't deliver to this address; second that the return address may not be valid anymore (Reliance office may have shifted). I spoke to the Customer Care team and escalated the issue to the Manager; I was told that I will receive a response in 2 business days.

                                I provided another alternative (via email) that I can carry the package at my work location (different pinched) and AJIO can arrange for it to be picked from there. There has been no response yet!!!

                                Anyways, I managed to ship the product back via DHL/Bluedart AWB [protected] on 17 Sept 2022 by paying Rs. 650/- and the package was rejected by the Consignee today (20 Sept 2022) without any reasons. Attaching the status of package.

                                Post all of the escalations, I received an AJIO Complaint # COM[protected] today. But nothing on what is going to be done about it.

                                I called AJIO Customer care again now and have been on phone for over 30 mins with no Manager available to help me. The message I am getting is to wait for another 6 days and someone will call me back.

                                Trying to explain that I am not going to wait any longer has not helped at all. Requesting your expert advice and intervention for this long standing issue.

                                      I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 4 September, Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously . Their response is only computer generated voices. What the hell? I havn't got the money back...
