[Resolved] Ajio — Refund Not Credited | |
Hey there, I had placed an order (FN[protected]) on AJIO on 23rd Nov 2022. And I didn't like 2 of the 3 products from my order. I have raised a return request (RT[protected] for the said products on 28th Nov 2022 with refund amount of Rs 1231.43. However, on 29th I received a refund of Rs 691.43 but the refund amount of Rs 540 for one of the items has not been credited to my account. I have raised 2 complaints (COM[protected] & COM[protected]) with customer care and called them multiple times. Their team keeps on closing my request without resolving the issue and keeps on asking for 2 more business days every time I ask for an update on my refund. Their team keeps on pushing the blame back on my bank saying they have not processed my refund and has provided me with incorrect transaction reference number. I have provided them with my bank account statement on multiple occasions but that was of no use. I did not expect a huge company like AJIO to fool their loyal customers like this and dupe them of money. Request you to please help me with this matter. Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 26, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved My refund has been processed after 27 days of filing for a return request. I feel that this platform has helped me get my complaint across the concerned department and also, I got in touch with the AJIO's grievance officer at [email protected] AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
